Best place to stay in Cambridge, it does not get better anywhere and I have been everywhere. Excellent building hotel, nice spacious rooms, very good breakfast, really a place where you can feel comfortable, but please do not expect staff service, pampering you as if you would be in a 5 star hotel. Everything you may need please just have...

This place is a health hazard and a fire hazard. It's disgusting and should not be allowed to run a business. The breakfast area was unclean, the microwave was caked in old food. Although our sheets were clean, and the shower hot, the whole place is run down and rather filthy. It is unclear who is in charge and what...

Most basic of basic hotels ever, ive stopped in some dives before and this probably tops them all. Rooms are bland to say the least, Breakfast is beyond pointless. Even parking isnt the best if you have any vehicle over the size of a vauxhall corsa. I would not entertain stopping here again.

I was booked at the lodge when I was travelling on work. Its located in the Great Shelford area, after the post office. Reservations: Reservations were managed for me and I didn't have to do them directly. It cost around £56 per night for a twin en suite room that included breakfast. One can book from most travel sites, I...

Stayed here with my partner while holidaying. We had a good stay, however we noticed the place was a little rough around the edges. The bed sank in the middle, could here a lot of movement from guests coming and going, but most of all at check in, which when we arrived at 5pm there were no staff to greet...

Worst two nights ever spent in any Bed and Breakfast. Obviously a room which had been smoked in. The only clean thing was the bed . The carpet was filthy. The toilet pan also. The information sheet was dirty and unreadable. The breakfast area was unclean. The toasters were dirty and never saw any member of staff other than a...

We wanted a inexpensive option for an overnight stay close to Cambridge. The reviews were mixed but with our Canadian dollar worth half of the British pound we decided to try this place. It was fine for our needs. Our room was very clean, the ensuite bathroom brand new, bed comfy and clean all white linens which I like and...

It was all run down and shabby the bed was dusty and the shower had hair in it! The car park needed organising had a load of junk just sat there. Really didn't like my stay, the owners/staff were very quiet. Nobody really spoke. The shower only worked when it wanted, breakfast was rubbish and it was dirty and noisy...
