It's the most lovely place and Caron and Laurence are wonderfully welcoming and accomodating. They're great and it's a real hide away in quiet Suffolk surroundings. Delicious breakfast with home made jams and fig jam made from the tree in the garden! YUM! Very comfortable and lovely and clean.

What a fabulous B & B in Suffolk. Room was large and airey with tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable and waking up to a view across the garden and fields beyond was to die for. The bathroom was spotless with a large bath and good shower. An abundance of toiletries was on offer. Caron was...

Monk Soham House is situated in rural Suffolk and is perfect for exploring the beautiful area. The house has been lovingly restored and your every need is catered for. Caron and Laurence are perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome and came away feeling that we had stayed with friends rather than...

Driving up to Monk Soham is an experience on its own. Small roads, beautifull views and then to top it all off: the house itself... Hundreds of years old and it shows. But in the good way: Caron and Laurence have done a great job in returning the house in the state it should be. Loads of old features combined...

Monk Soham House is about as good as it can get in B&B terms. It is a real home (the family occupy one side), not too large, partly 16th century, retaining lots of character, surrounded by a mixture of gardens, lawns and old farm buildings. There are two or maybe three rooms available in the house I think - (there...

We stayed in the annexe at Monk Soham House; thoroughly enjoying the solitude but also the wonderful hospitality of Caron and her family (including the pets!!). The breakfast was plentiful and varied, catering for all tastes and in lovely surroundings. The rural setting of the Monk Soham is an ideal base for exploring Suffolk but we really looked forward to...
