My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights while in town for a wedding. The location is central for the area. The room was clean and quiet with undercover parking (carport is over your allocated spot outside the room door). I could not fault the bistro for portion size or value for money. It has a good... Stayed at this hotel when a festival was on at Sandstone point. All the accommodation in the area was heavily or fully booked. Paid $140 for a triple room. Room was old and dated...not a problem for me. However the bathroom door needed to be closed at all times as the drains stank really badly. It was not just our... More

I stayed in the motel for a couple of weeks. I thought the motel room might have got a bit of noise from the hotel but the room was very quiet and I heard nothing. The room was always clean. The food from the Bistro, charlies was always nice and excellent value with helpful and friendly staff. Especially when they... More

Three of us enjoyed an excellent value meal for $50 including a drink each. I had a Chicken Parmigiana, my wife fish and chips and my father had the roast which was a choice of chicken or silverside. He enjoyed the regular size for $7.90. All good portion meals and well cooked. We wIll return again soon

poor service, poor facilities, food ok but they wont vary the menu to suit your tastes. the hotel itself needs a sprucing up very old fashoined circa late 60s, seems to be clean but does have a peculiar odour that forced us to leave reeked of raw sewage...wont be going back

I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Dingy room. There was a mouldy shower, another guests chocolate on the floor, lumpy pillows, the sliding door was screwed shut, the remote chained to the bedside table and the parking area full of cigarette butts and rubbish. What a CR&%HOLE. I have paid $400 a night for a hotel but paid $100... More

Stayed the night of 08/06/16. Most impressed with Charlie's Restaurant. The Duty Manager and his staff are to be commended for their attentive service and presentation of some very appetising meals at a very affordable price. Staff member Rits , went above and beyond to fulfill my dessert request. We chose the lamb shanks and spaghetti carbonara with chicken and... More

Great food and extremely good prices. Good variety on the menu. We were very pleasantly surprised. We went on the spur of the moment as I had only ever had business breakfasts there. Large dining area, very pleasant outlook across to the Pumistone Passage.

We needed to get out of our home for 1 night and booked into the Bribie Island Hotel/Motel, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room, although a little tired, was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. We thought, maybe being so close to the main hotel area that there may have been some noise, but the room was so quiet.... More
