If this hotel was in England it would be shut down. The rooms are filthy and poorly maintained. The heating doesn't work so you spend the night shivering. The bathrooms are disgusting and dangerous. You have to step into a slippery bath on the slope to have a shower. There was no choice of a la carte menu, only a...

Arrived at this hotel tired after a long journey and an afternoon exploring Pamukkle. The impressive lobby and lounge area promised much. However the corridor lights did not work and left us groping with our luggage in pitch darkness, there were no lifts to the upstairs bedrooms and no proper handrails on the stairs! The bedroom was large and airy...

On a package tour we stayed in 7 4-5* hotels over 2 weeks - this one was by far the worst. The hotel probably wasn't that bad but it was by no stretch of the imagination a 5* and the photos on here hardly reflect my experience on arrival. Everything about the place was dated and just all seemed unloved....

We stayed here for 1 night to visit Pamukkale as part of a tour. The hotel is somewhat dated and there was no lift so those upstairs had to lug their suitcases up. Thermal pool is good with the minerals but I believe the price of the drinks is quite high. We got a taxi to Pamukkale town and had...

The main body of this hotel is very nice and the thermal baths are wonderful. There are three baths, an indoor warm pool, a warmer outdoor pool with a pretend volcano pumping the hot water out the top and a very hot indoor pool. The sleeping quarters are quite shabby with thin doors that don't cut down the noise of...

Where do we start? Our room was comfortable but dated and in no way 5* by any stretch of the imagination. The evening meal, buffet style, I do not know if the Dorchester in London offers up chicken nuggets, cold and in cooked Brussels sprouts, beef what, I do not think it came from any four legged animal I know....

This hotel had a great feel to it. We arrived after many hours traveling and what a welcome it was, the hotel boasted two thermal pools an indoor pool which was very hot just like your bath at home but with the benefit of the salts and minerals. The outside pool was cooler and but still warm enough to make...

This hotel has definitely seen better days. Rooms are clean and well proportioned but bathrooms are tired and in need of repairs eg shower fittings broken.
