This property is a well maintained one ! Close to Jervis Bay and Ulladulla. Cliy was very helpful and advised us where to go for dinner. one can have an awesome feeling of the countryside here. A good place to spend a day or two.

I know this place has had a bad rep in the past but the resort we stayed at was a brand new Sinclairs Country Resort by the sound of it. We had a new renovated spacious room with a new bed, split system and flat tv. Also included a self contained kitchen and a nice rain shower head in the...

We booked this accommodation on booking.com where this property was listed as pet friendly. After booking, I emailed the owner (Ulla) to confirm that the room that we booked was pet friendly. She confirmed that it was via email. We travelled to Conjola from Melbourne (9 hour drive) on Boxing Day with our small dog. Upon arriving, the co-owner, Lindsay...

My partner and I have stayed here before. We actually really loved it the first time. It is classed as "Pet Friendly" accommodation and we took our fur babies there last time. The owners are friendly and helpful, or at least were last time we stayed there. The property is a farm. If you're expecting luxury, this place isn't for...

The family that run this are super friendly and nice but this is basic accomodation like a hostel and the location on the highway is awful in regards to access. The bed was so bad I woke up in pain from the springs sticking into me. The bunk beds were better. I wouldn't stay here again but like I said...

We arrived around an hour & a half later than expected to an overly hot cottage - they hadn't bothered to switch on the air-con or the fridge. The cottages are in need of maintenance & refurbishment, only superficially clean & the crockery was filthy - possibly because there's only cold water in the kitchen! The free WiFi didn't work...

Unfortunately we really couldn’t recommend staying here. The place generally wasn’t up to much, but we wouldn't have given it such a negative review if there had been any consideration for our experience as a customer. The measure of a business is how you’re dealt with when things go wrong and this was sadly lacking. They were very friendly and...

We booked a last-minute stay at this property to get away for a few days before the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season. We had booked through an online website (not this one) which posted that all rooms were air conditioned etc. And so we booked the Budget Family Room - in the end, we weren't after luxury, but...

Sinclairs is an interesting place to stay. We had a great time! The price for accommodation is cheap but the place exceeds what you pay for. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals. Large entertaining areas too (DVD's board games, etc). Close to Ulladulla if you need groceries + supplies....

Sinclair's is well worth the cost. It is clean, quaint and backs onto some great trails to explore. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are large common areas, board games, bbq pits, and a clean kitchen at your disposal. The rooms are small and clean with a pretty full kitchenette.

“We were a couple in the "budget room" as that's all that was left but it was fine - a double bed and bunk beds with lots of space. Didn't see the other rooms but for $66/night this was good value considering how nice the property was.”
