We received a warm friendly welcome on a rather dismal day and arrived early because of the weather. We sat in the comfortable lounge room until our room was ready. Our room was small, but bed comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast room and visitor lounge were both delightful rooms and we only had the one night...

This was our second night in Ireland and after getting lost, we arrived late. However, Margaret's daughter waited for us. The view is very nice as the lodge is located some way from Wexford in the country. Our hostess was quite nice and served us a very good breakfast, full Irish for me and light for my wife. We would...

I would highly recommend this B & B! It is conveniently located a 2 min drive from the Ferrycarrig itself and 5 min from the town centre. The woman that owns the place and runs it was extremely welcoming, very knowledgeable about the area and had great time for everyone that was there. The rooms were extremely clean and the...

Overall staff very nice and hotel and restaurants good. I was on a cut price deal so got the most basic room, which I would not consider worthy of four star status. While very clean it was a bit tired as was the bathroom with shower curtain (which I hate) and old tiles which needed re grouting in places. For...

We were staying here for one night during our trip through Ireland. After a warm welcome we got to arrange breakfast (continental or full irish) for the next morning and were shown our room. Charming interior, a nice garden and a great view overlooking "the tower" and the river - all you need!

Lovely, friendly host, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds. Stunning views in a quiet location. Very reasonable prices. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. About €6 in a taxi from the centre of Wexford town.

Let's get the negative out of the way! Booked a triple room, consisting of a double and single bed as was sharing with a friend and although no issues sharing a room we didn't want to share a bed. We chose this B&B as it specifically said there were 2 beds, others didn't! When we arrived the first thing that...

We only stayed for one night and attended a wedding in the locality so we didn't have the opportunity to sample the food or any facilities really but the room was lovely, the view was amazing, and staff were extremely helpful. Will return with the kids next time and stay a few days.

Hostess was not welcoming at all. the room we stayed in had no heat- slept in sweatpants, sweatshirt, winter hat and scarf under the covers. No hot water. Shower did not drain and you had to turn it off or it would run over. No water pressure.Hairdryer had a sticker on it saying it was broken and not to use. Didn't...

This B&B was lovely! The host was very welcoming, and her daughter put a smile on our faces. My wife and I would have loved to stay another night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. In the bedroom the wifi was a bit spotty, but worked great in the living room. The deck attached to the...
