We stayed for two nights and I wouldn't return or recommend by any means. Firstly I'll state the good upfront, the rooms (at least the junior suites we had, b/c the normal room that I got to see was terrible) were nice and large, and the property overall has much potential, but it ends at that. For us, at the...

After a stunning drive up the mountain road from Marbella, we eventually got to this stunning boutique hotel near Ronda. We were attending a friends wedding and the hotel was characterful with a rustic Spanish charm. Each of the guest bedrooms were unique in their own way with ours having what I can only describe as a cave shower! Well...

If you can find it, this is a wonderful hotel. While most people stay on the top of the cliffs in Ronda, this hotel is located in the valley in a beautiful manor type house with extensive gardens and a comfortable pool. There is nothing around, so you are dependent on the services of the hotel. Thankfully, they have wonderful...

I spent a weekend at the Molino during the Feria Pedro Romero and Corrida (bullfight) Goyesca in nearby Ronda and loved it. A former olive mill owned by the same family since 1500, the main house was renovated 15 years ago and converted into a country hotel with 21 rooms. The rooms have all the modern conveniences, and the grounds...

This renovated former olive mill is off the beaten track but absolutely delightful. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and the room spacious and comfortable. Each one is different and named after a type of olive. The breakfast is homely with produce from the region and olive oil made from their own olives. I loved the honesty bar where you can...

When driving there (don't use GPS!) one wonders whether the hotel actually exists. Especially when the road ends in a dirt track you ask yourself the question: Have we been ripped? The answer: NO! This beautifully refurbished farmers house has changed into a quaint, 4-star hotel with spacious, all individual, rooms. The staff is very friendly, and immediately give you...

I found this hotel through a highly regarded travel blog. Well, let's just say it wasn't what I expected. Be aware, the directions through Google maps is wrong. Thanks to a kind local gentleman, we finally arrived at the hotel. I loved the setting. It was quiet and picturesque; nestled amongst fields of orange and fig trees. The architecture was...

Rooms are different, well decorated with own terrace or balcony. Excellent kitchen with daily menu and a la carte. Outside pool in big garden. Too cold for swimming on may 16-18 due to the rainfall and cold the weeks before.

Stayed two nights in this great boutique hotel. The rooms were very eclectic and well decorated, everyone different. The gardens were so peaceful to sit and sip a glass of wine before dinner. The meals delicious and well presented. It was so quiet and peaceful. Loved it.

Booked one night for wifes birthday. The beautiful old mill has been converted into a very comfortable hotel, retaining much of the original features and atmosphere. The room was a good size, comfortable bed, and antique furniture. The bathroom had an enormous bath with a shower over it, but took a long time to fill. The restaurant offered a small...
