Had a 2 night stay in late October 2020. Arrived with the help of the SatNav and on arrival we were made very welcome by the owners. We were shown around the Cortijo and then shown to our room. Both our bedroom and the living room in the suite had air conditioning which worked wonders to keep our room warm at night.
We had previously booked a bodega tour as this Cortijo hold the bodega for the BADMAN wines. So after settling into our room, we were given the wine tour together with another couple that were also staying there. Even though the tour guide started the tour late, he made up for it with his wit and typical Spanish humour and won us over. The wine tour took us through some 5 bottles of different wines (Whites, Roses & Reds) together with some typical Spanish Tapas. This is value for money.
We also learned that Ronda houses a large variety of independent wine bodegas, so we can't wait to go back and try different ones.
Unfortunately due to the weather, we were not brave enough to dip into the pool even though the area was kept spotless.
We looked at the webpage of the Cortijo and from it we got our dinner recommendations, which I have to say were both excellent. Both the Tragata for some of the best fine dining tapas (in Ronda Town Centre) and the Cascada Restaurant which is a five minute walk from the Perla Blanca. Amazing three course meal which included quality food and very reasonable prices.
The only constructive criticism I have found is that the suite could have had robes which guests that are staying in the suite can use to walk to the jacuzzi, rather than a towel. Even though, this will not stop me going back for another break.
Breakfast by the way is given a brand new meaning by the way it's served here. I will leave it up to whoever is going, to find out how curious and interesting the breakfast is. Really brilliant idea. Couldn't fault it in any way.
Best thing of our stay was the family running the show. Very attentive and always eager to help. Best thing is that they are from Leeds, MOT

We highly recommend staying at "La Perla Blanca". My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at the hacienda. The owner Stew and his wife bend over backward to make us feel at home. They treated us like family and cared for us in every imaginable way. We were stranded here during the recent pandemic for a few days and could not have asked for a better place.
We enjoyed the warmth of the Spanish sun at the pool and spent our days walking through the garden/vineyard. At night when it got colder, we lit a fire in the common room and made ourselves at home on the comfy sofas. Every morning we woke up to a wonderful breakfast basket full of freshly baked goods, fruits, and Spanish ham/cheeses.
The hacienda is situated on the outskirts of Ronda, a romantic little village of white houses in the mountains of Andalusia. You can reach the town center in 10min by car. If you are looking to wind down, this place is ideal. It is a little way off the main road, so you can enjoy the quiet of the countryside.
Our room was super clean, the bed was large and very comfortable and the internet was plenty fast for video streaming. Our room came with a small fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and a jacuzzi-bath tub to round things off.
We stayed here during trying times and yet enjoyed every minute of it. We aim to come back in the future! Highly recommended.

La Perla Blanca is such a wonderful little place within 10 minutes drive from Ronda. The rooms are very spacious and in excellent condition, the estate is beautiful and the sweet owners go to every extent to make sure you get the best possible stay. Breakfast is delicious - we will for sure be back when the restaurant opens 😊 Overall a really great experience. Highly recommended!

My wife and I booked directly with Stewart and stayed for 3 nights in one of the superior rooms with spa bath. We had a great welcome from Stewart and he provided lots of information to guide our choice of activities and eateries. We enjoyed 2 evenings of his own offerings (Grilled King Prawns and Mixed Cheese Platter, both with lovely wine. Plenty for 2 people!) On our 3rd night we had tapas in Ronda. It must be good when our host eats there too a little later in the evening (de locos Tapas). The hotel honesty payment method allowed guests to select wine, beer or soft drinks at any time. We loved the daily breakfast basket and ate by the pool each morning with free-flow availability of coffee.
Our room was very comfortable, offering everything we needed. WiFi was strong throughout the hotel. The dining, common sitting area was a good social setting and we spent each evening chatting to a French couple who seemed to be on our "wave-length".
We have no hesitation in recommenfding La Perla Blanca to anyone who loves small friendly boutique hotels. This is one of the pearls amongst them we think ;-)
Thankyou Stewart, Lorna & Scruffy

This place went above and beyond my expectations. It is the perfect home away from home to explore beautiful Ronda. From the lovely owners to the level of detail that has gone into every inch of the property. You can feel the care and love for this place in things like the breakfast basket prepared freshly every morning, the welcoming smiles, pool towels ready by the door, the "honesty bar" that is always fully stocked and the overall cleanliness and beauty of the place. We loved hanging by the pool and morning views on my tiny room balcony were a dream. I can't wait to come back!! Thank you so much!

The property and hotel are gorgeous and it’s a great location outside Ronda but there are a few things that were not right. We opted for the breakfast to be left outside our door which you can eat in your room or in the breakfast room. But it did not include coffee or tea, and if you go downstairs to make yourself a cup you have to pay two euros for it! Very odd. And the tap water in our room was labeled not potable, yet there was no bottled water. You could buy some in the breakfast room - but again, for two euros! As the tap water is not drinkable they should include at least a couple of complimentary bottles in the room so if you are thirsty or have to take a pill in the middle of the night you will have water. Also, the television did not seem to work despite trying the two different remotes and the buttons on the tele itself.

What an amazing find in the Ronda area. Jodie and Julian, the owners, were absolutely brilliant. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The free breakfast choice of full English or bread basket was a great idea and the food for both was excellent.
Swimming pool was clean and cool and a refreshing way to cool down in the hot 30+ heat. Poolside bar an extra bonus. First afternoon Julian walked out with 2 x complimentary jugs of Sangria for the 4 of us, which we found very drinkable.
The “Honesty System” of writing what you take from the bar and fridge into the little book with your room number in was a great idea as it meant you weren’t disturbed by staff or waiting to be served.
We had dinner by the pool of steak for some and tuna for the rest, with accompanying sides, all cooked by Julian and as with everything else at Perla Blanca the food was brilliant.
Didn’t have time for the tour of the vineyard but it’s supposed to be a great couple of hours with wine tasting if their award winning “Bad Man” wines, of which we demolished a few booties of the Rose 👍
Our friends and I felt very welcome here and will definitely be returning. Jodie & Julian have a great setup here and it really does feel like you are at someone’s home rather than a hotel.
Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone who wants to have a relaxing few days in a delightful setting, with great food, unbelievable ambience and amazing g “chill factor’

I love staying in the middle of a city so that I can take in all of the excitement and walk to anything I want to see. La Perla Blanca was the antidote to the hustle and bustle - it felt like a great, big, deep breath. Situated on a vineyard just outside of Ronda, it really is a panacea. I would have loved to stay much, much longer.
We were greeted by Julian (as his other half was out of town) and he immediately made us feel welcome.
Our room was very comfortable with a King bed, great water pressure, and a nice view of the front of the property. The only sounds we heard were a burro, birds, a train or two, and the local military band (only in the mornings).
Breakfast was amazing - yogurt, fruit, bread, meat, cheese, butter, jam, juice.
There is a shared room to hang out in with an honor bar, coffee/espresso machine, and snacks.
And, the pool is. a great place to have breakfast or take an afternoon swim.
Thank you, Julian, for such a lovely stay.

Total relaxation! An outstanding place to stay with beautiful surroundings and very attentive owners. Set in the grounds of a vineyard, with beautiful gardens and a pool with sun loungers, the setting is immediately calming and tranquil. The room was a great size, luxurious and comfortable, with everything you need, including a large private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the gardens. Breakfast is served in a picnic basket left at your door to eat wherever you want to, in your room, by the pool, or at tables inside or out. Fresh bread (they even got me the most amazing fresh gluten free baguette), cheese and meats, fruit, jams and butter and fresh orange juice. An amazingly comfortable lounge area is available with an honesty bar, which is a great addition, with local wines, beers snacks and soft drinks. There was no restaurant on site, but a 5 min walk led to one of the best meals of my trip. Ronda is also an easy 10 min drive. Cannot recommend this place enough, I stayed an extra night I liked it that much.

Stayed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. It was amazing!! We booked a superior room so we had a spa bath and our own entrance from the stunning courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in a basket at your door so you can eat it wherever you like. The pool area is a sun trap with plenty of sunloungers for everyone. There is a honesty bar so a large selection of cold drinks are available all the time. We had grilled king prawns & salad for lunch and it was fabulous. The restaurant 2 minutes walk away is great for a Saturday night as they have live music so worth a visit. I cannot recommend this place enough, the owners were so friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble. We will be back
