Obiekt znajduje się z centrum miasta.
Pokoje duże w drewnie. Bardzo ciepło. Większość jest na poddaszu i część ma wyłącznie okna dachowe.
Pokoje posiadały własne łazienki. Te nie są bezpośrednio przy pokoju, tylko trzeba przejść przez korytarz.
Wspólna kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem. Niestety kuchenka bardzo słabo grzeje.
Obiekt posiada zamykane podwórko, na którym można zostawić samochód.
Bardzo mili właściciele. Można się dogadać nie znając słowackiego.
