Nice country feel hotel. Clean beds and rooms surround by pots with all sorts of aloes and other plants. Very nice food. If you can not decide on the lamb or the bobotie, you get half of each, now that s a solution. Excellent service and a very friendly staff.

We came here to cycle in the flowers, and we needed a comfortable base. We found that at the Kamieskroon Hotel! Easy access into the surrounding hills, and to the Namaqua National Park. The hotel offers good, clean and simple accommodation and a very acceptable menu. We loved every meal we had, and the dining room staff were fantastic. We...

Very good experience - stayed for four days. Our second visit and was as good as two years ago. Service excellent as was the food. Room comfortable and clean. We chose to be in the hotel itself ( not the self catering section ) .Best food in the area !! We will go there again.

My mom was last at the Hotel 16 years ago, and as she walked in, she said: 'Nothing has changed'!! The bed's were comfortable, linen clean! Bathroom and towels all great! The hotel could do with a bit of a decor upgrade. However, the service in the dining room was brilliant. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient. We chose...

Service was excellent at all times particularly for dinner. Management made sure on a regular basis whether we were happy with everything. Meals offered were good and well prepared. Location good for passing traffic. We had a room towards the back of the complex. Provided all the neccessary facilities and regularly cleaned (daily).

We needed last minute accommodation and they helped us. There is self catering which we have chosen. VERY CLEAN and comfortable. Good position from which to view flowers in the area. Had camping sites too.

We where the only campers there, but still found the camp site and ablution facilities clean. Be prepared for hard ground when you want to knock in pegs. It is close to the N7, but luckily later in the evening the traffic gets much lighter with only the odd truck passing.

We stayed the night in the caravan park part of the hotel. It included ablution facilities that were clean, well-lit, and functional. The staff was friendly, offering us water from the rain barrels for drinking water. We were the only ones staying in the caravan park so it was secluded, but it is near the highway so there is occasional...

Kamieskroon was a wonderful place to set up the tents for the first time but make sure you get there before the sun sets. There is clean water though there was a fly in the rain barrels. It was a nice place to camp.
