Amazing location, wonderful welcome, delicious food. I recommend guests eat evening dinner at the Mulino Marghen - fantastic home cooking by the owner. We went in the low season and they cooked especially for us. Beautiful local walks in the chestnut forest, mountain rivers, and roaring log fires.

This was the final stop of our long walk along the GEA footpath from Sansepolcro and a perfect place to unwind for a couple of nights. The old mill is in a very attractive location in well restored buildings with good sleeping accommodation and common areas. We were really well looked after by Adriana & Co with good local specialities...

We were recommended this hotel by family. Absolutely stunning location in a valley. Beautiful quaint rooms. We had the family room which had a room upstairs which the kids loved. The hosts could not be more accommodating and the home-cooked food was delicious. Unfortunately the weather was not the best whilst we were there but would be stunning on a...

The place is in a beautiful surroundings, although the food we were served was so poor... and served to us cold, they did not even bother warming it up in a mirco... Breakfast was embarrassing... butter in abundant tea and coffee and a slice of stale cake from last night... there was no decent soap... in the bathroom, and the...

We stumbled across this place by pure chance through an Airb&B booking which was in fact canceled by the owner while we were travelling there - this was entirely our fault as we had tried to book very last minute (actually on the same day). Nevertheless, Adreana, the owner bend over backwards to accommodate us near by and showed us...

This is such a wonderful place! It's remote, which means very quiet even in high season. The setting is paradisiacal, the owners are immensely friendly, the food is all home made and superb, the beds are excellent and the prices are are very very reasonable. We just loved it!

The B&B is in an old converted mill, in a really beautiful location. Run by lovely people, the food was great, the whole place has a warm family atmosphere. After dinner we were left to relax in a lovely room with a fire, boardgames, a music system we were free to take over, and a bottle of grappa. Perfect if...

This place is really special. Adrianna and Martin have created a cozy little world that will feel like a home from home. Firstly, the location is spectacular; nestled in the heart of the Zeri valley, with the river sweeping around it. This is an area of Italy that is relatively undiscovered, and you will be doing yourself a favor to...

Don’t treat this place as a B&B, it’s much more than this and we would stay longer next time. We organised our first road trip in Europe via Switzerland and Italy to end in France for Eurocamp for 8 nights. Although Eurocamp was a great experience, when recalling the holiday, all the family memorised our time with Martin and Adrianna...
