Everything one could ask for in a B and B. From help with the luggage when we arrived, to the final wonderful breakfast. Everything in between was great. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space with a full length mirror, which normally isn't provided. Incan't think of anything that wasn't provided but the nicest touch was the...

I was motivated to write this review after seeing the bizarre comment made by a previous reviewer that they could only give a '4' rating because of the narrowness of approach road! Perhaps it would have been better for them if the property were in the local town. But then, it wouldn't be in the countryside.Which is part of Church House's...

This is a five-star B&B, but I can only give it four stars because of the very narrow and long street that must be navigated for access. Even by English standards the street is narrow - use extreme caution! The arched gateway and driveway that leads to the house itself is even narrower and very steep. Our party of three...

Stayed at this gem of a B&B in October. Really friendly and helpful couple who run the establishment - nothing was too much trouble. The whole property is nicely maintained. My room was perfect with lavish furnishings and a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Only stayed for one night but would have been happy to stay longer. Didn't really...

The room was lovely and had all those extra touches such as dressing gowns, shampoo, conditioner etc. Everything you needed. Very quiet. Host was very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we ate in the Newcastle Inn (a small bistro a few minutes up the road from Church House. The food...

We stayed here for one night but wish that it could have been longer. What a lovely house with beautiful gardens. The owner showed us to our room overlooking the gardens on the top floor. Fantastic room with on suite bathroom, separate room with mini fridge, bathrobes, spare covers in case you're cold, hot water bottle and a hairdryer. So...

Incredible welcome by the owners who were helpful and informative. Lovely house and setting with great views. Delightful and well laid out room, including a sitting area, plus lots of added extras [such as, homemade cake available while it lasts!]. Breakfast excellent. Would not hesitate to revisit.

Enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay. The room was light and spacious as well as being very tastefully furnished to high standard. The owner Tracey was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She even organised for lactose free milk to be available for me at breakfast. The food was also of a very high standard including home baked bread and there...

Stayed for 1 night and we were not disappointed! Room was clean, big and nice views over fields and could see the sea through the velux window! Cake on the landing for guests to help themselves to was a nice touch, as was the breakfast...homemade bread and jam/marmalade! Only had that and cereal, but was plenty. Nice conservatory to sit...
