The owner of this place was great. Has lived there a long time and knew what to do and how to do it. He is also a Minister for those that wish to get married on the beach. There is a swimming pool, deck, views of the ocean and convenient to local beaches and surfing

We stayed here for a week over New Year's after having spent the previous 2+ weeks across the street at Ocean Terrace. We stayed in the top floor penthouse. This unit is in a great location if you can tolerate the LOUD music from Tamboo every night of the week until at least 1am. Ocean front. Pros: location, ocean front...

My girlfriend and I were lucky to enjoy a stay at Pelican Pointe. We absolutely loved it. We were blessed to have the entire building to ourselves. The hammock on our balcony was a perfect touch. The bed was comfortable, and the a/c was grrrreat! Such perfect placement, and the neighboring building has a great bar & restaurant, Tamboo. Do...

I have been staying at the Pelican Inn since I was 18 and will keep staying here for every future trip. I have stayed in two of the apartments and they all seem to be great! Every room is water front and you are literally on the beach. Sandy's beach is the beach right in front, where you can longboard...

Pelican is not an all-inclusive luxurious hotel, but such a homy place. Jim, the owner, is such a great and fun person and we spend lot of free time just chatting with him. You do not get everyday cleaning or special service, but Jim is there to help you. He treated the guests like his friends and we all had...

We stayed at Jim's place for a week in easter with 5 teens. Jim is a great personable guy. When researching this place amongst locals in Rincon area before our booking, everyone had favorable things to say about Jim. Before and during our stay, anytime we couldn't get ahold of Jim was due to unrelieble Cell service in the area....
