The place is very interesting, offers lot of programs and interesting places, events. We got a very small manzard room under the roof which I can not evaluate as a four star hotel room. The dinner was good quality, the dinner hall was pleasant and warm, the breakfast was acceptable.

I was here on a two-day company retreat in December. Although the hotel is maybe ok for families with young children, I wouldn't recommend it to other visitors or foreigners. Positives: Rooms in the Palace are really beautiful and up to international standards, with large beds and excellent facilities. In the high season, children can enjoy different outdoor activities in...

We spent four days in the original castle building of the hotel. Although our room was nice and clean somehow we didn't have the feeling being in a four star hotel. It was rather a three plus star hotel. We had half board. The breakfast was served in the same castle building, but except the Habsurg saloon the rest (Romkert)...

We spent 5 days at the hotel in the manor house with our two daughters 6 and 8. It was fabulous! The medieval atmosphere enchanted us all. The kids really enjoyed the little hiding place in the family suite which had a mattress in it so one child can spend the night in. The food was very good quality, tastefully...

One of the most amazing places that I visited. I am going there every year for a conference. Beautiful park with spa, castles, Renaissance town, horses, touristic village etc. Family place, but also romantic or business destination. Discrete personnel, phantasy rooms, excellent and affordable food. I hope that the quality of this pearl remains the same.

We we wisited the theme park with my 5 year old son. The idea and the huge ground of it is great, hovewer in mamy cases it just looks underdeveloped, half-made, also kind of cheesy. Altough for kids it's still a great experience, they don-t really mind authencity'

I wanted to write a review a few years ago as well, but somehow I forgot it. Last year in December we revisited the place. It is equally a mesmerizing place, nice rooms, wonderful restaurant and food. I would like to write in detail about some things for the sake of helping the management improve their standards. We arrived in...

+ : Really nice garden, castle, spa, the standard suite is comfortable with opened bathroom, when the weather permits you can spend a whole day in the theme park, delicious chef dinner. - : poor lights in the room and in the whole building, centrally controlled temperature (22 celsius but in our room it was maximum 20.), they promised a...

The Hotel has a very big campus with a multitude of different attractions, such as a horse arena, a bowling alley, a pool/spa area, a fitness centre etc. There is always something to do! We were there for a family trip with my Hungarian grandmother and it was helpful that the reception staff spoke English well. We had an own...

We went to Bikal for two days with our little daughter. The Hotel garden was beautiful with so many colorful flowers, nice rebuilt buildings and very polite staff. Everybody (from gardeners to masked knights) say hello, when we met them. The massage was good, the pool was quiet and clean, and the pool staff was very kind. The experience farm...
