Always friendly and the room's are big and clean. But it is a little noisy. The noise is coming from the plumbing. We will be back to stay later this year. Location is great. Not far from Sydney Airport and easy to get home from there. Parking is free as well.

Super convenient - just off the end of the M7. Clean, spacious and lovely, friendly service. Great value stay for our family of 5 - room had a queen, two singles and a rollaway bed. Recommended if you're looking for accomodation in this area.

After a very long drive with our 3 kids, we wanted somewhere clean and comfortable. The Best Western Casula provided this much more than we expected. Exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully comfortable beds. We will be back. Thank you so much

There's an old saying about not judging a book by its' cover and maybe this should be applied (albeit with caution) to motels as well. The Best Western in Casula may look vintage 1950s / 1960s on the outside however inside it is anything but. The rooms have been refurbished with a focus on creating a relaxed ambience. The bathrooms...

The hotel itself was nice and tastefully decorated. We arrived late and the girl on reception was rude. Upon checking out there was different staff and they were most pleasant. A throughly enjoyed weekend away.

Lovely room in the west of Sydney. Is in a busy intersection but all is calm with double glazed windows. A bit out of reach from amenities if you have no car/personal transport. Since I was to be in that area for a night I chose this due to location. Receptionist is a lovely lady and very helpful, thanks for...

Excellent value for money. Got to stay in room 12 which was spacious has its own kitchen. Comfy bed, with great pillows. Little traffic noise but ok. Great food across road at the Crossroads Hotel. Definitely stay there again when visiting our operations at Prestons.

Spent the night here and the bed was comfortable and the room clean and airy. The bathroom appeared to be mid renovation with some unfinished sections of tiling and the ceiling over the bed had a hole in it. I would stay again if it was convenient and hopefully the renovations will be complete.

Pleasant motel, friendly owner, happy to recommend. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathroom has a large comfortable bath and the view from my room was interesting. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
