Nasser palace is the best place to be in Merzouga. Very helpful, hospitable and kind staff who welcome you with warmth and make you feel at home. They made my experience in the desert thrilling. I've been there twice and I'm looking forward to going back.

This was my first time in Morocco. I didn't really know what to expect, but I was truly amazed by the hospitality and kindness the staff at Nasser Palace brought towards their guests. They would do everything and anything to make your stay as pleasant and unique as possible. The food was traditional and so was the whole hotel. The...

Excellent staff, and excellent 2 day desert and hotel package, with a camel ride to and from the dunes, with dinner @ the tent, Berber entertainment, 4x4 Merzouga City Tour with Brahim Naciri, the best package and extremely nice and accommodating staff. Very easy to get there, you can take CTM or Supratour Bus from Marrakech or Fez or hire...

Amazing hotel and service! All the staff is very helpful! The owner makes you feel like a special guest. Unexpectedly good conditions for a hotel almost in Sahara Desert. The additionally provided services (camel ride, night in the desert, 4x4 ride) are very good. The staff speaks Spanish, English, French and Ițm sure many other more languages.

An unexpected experience. I am more a mountain person, but the beautiful desert and the guides from Nasser Palace made me change this idea and now I am willing to come back for more than a month. They were really serious in their job, but as well supper friendly. Thank you so much, Maria Stefania Ionel

From the first moment the staff was the most attentive and caring that you can ever imagine , especially one of its owners, which added to the comfort , its situation , the activities that one can join there, have resulted in one of the best holidays ever imagined. I strongly recommend it if you are thinking of visiting Merzouga...

But the camel trekking team and the tent was also part of the Nasser Palace. It all was so wonderfull, such nice people, delicious dinner and a walking...

The hotel itself was lovely - beautifully designed and with good service (the waiter in the restaurant was particularly helpful and provided excellent customer service). What really let down our experience was the management of the desert trip, as they manager tried to extort my friend and I by giving us a basic experience and trying to charge us for...

Nasser Palace is an oasis of calm which even stretches to the staff. Everbody is polite and interested in making your stay there a good one. The rooms seem small because of the lack of windows and the pool is just big enough to make laps in but all in all this is functional, considering you're staying on the edge...
