We came to Cuenca for a hunting trip for my husband and stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms were nice and clean even though a little small for our family of 4. The hotel provided a crib for our baby and a sleep away bed for our 2 yr old. The staff spoke little English however, I noticed my... More

This hotel is easy to access, has secure parking (though it was full at the time of our stay) and offers an entirely acceptable standard of accomodation for the price. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Though the hotel itself, and it's immediate surroundings, are not big on charm, access up the hill to the glorious old town... More

Sourpuss woman at front desk, probably the owner. When I asked the gentleman, who was very nice, if breakfast was included, She answered firmly NO! With no other explanation. But that was ok, because around the corner were some wonderful cafes that served a nice breakfast with fresh orange juice for a good price. Room was clean but old. Bathroom... More

This hotel really needs to be updated. The rooms are very tired and looking very old. Even the outside needs changing. Outdoor blinds are broken and dirty. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The beds were very hard and did not slepp on them at all. The staff were friendly. Location not bad - 5-10 min... More

Very modern hotel. Near to old town but best to take a cab or bus to the top. Parking in the hotel. Grocery store 100 meters from the hotel. Not many restaurants in the town but enough for an evening or two.

Breakfast at 11 euros was a rip off. It was advertised as American & European Breakfast with Bacon & eggs etc. It only served European supermarket poor quality food spam, ham, plastic cheese etc. Would recommend nearby cafés instead. No facilities Rate Hotel at 2* not 4* as advertised.

we were on business trip, the reason for selecting this hotel was it close location to the office of our client. The personal was friendly, the rooms clean. But it is very old and does not look and cost as 4 starts; the mini bar was empty and you need to go to reception to ask for a bottle of... More

I was part of a coach tour so my experience will be slightly different, but it was our third hotel in as many nights and probably the best. Comfortable beds in pleasant rooms with fridge and wifi and a very good breakfast with a very efficient breakfast room manager who even moved chairs for us. The hotel is well situated... More
