I am not quite sure why this hotel is 4 star but I am also very surprised it receives such bad reviews. It is a very nice hotel. The reception staff will speak English if needed and there is loads of space both in reception and at the bar and the snack bar to sit around with all your friends. The rooms are a good size and also the bathroom. The beds are large and very comfortable and the whole is very clean. The only drawback is location in a small commercial park and also if you have the window open there is quite a lot of traffic noise. However if you are visiting Guadaljara or are on a business visit it is very convenient as there is loads of parking. We had dinner in the restaurant and the Menu del Dia was good value if unexciting and the service was friendly and efficient.

Not sure why we chose this place except for the easy access to the motorway. It is in a bit of an odd area the wrong side of the dual carriageway to the main town. But to be honest there is not much to see in this boring modern suburb of Madrid. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfy and spacious with a decent bed, large walk in shower and a very nice balcony overlooking farmland and an amazing sunset. But also a very scruffy and not maintained back access to the hotel. We did walk into town over the very nice modern bridge but other than the beautiful church/mausoleum it has very few buildings ofh interest. There are however lots of green spaces and many children's play areas so for a young family it is probably a decent modern place to live. It is close to the airport and does have easy access to the motorway up to Santander but that's about it.

We ordered a triple room, the third bed was really small and no one could fit in it. When we approached them, they said they had no rooms and basically it's our problem. Next thing was the air conditioner, which didn't work. They couldn't fix it and doesn't matter how many times I went to the reception they said they would try to do this and do that, none worked, so in the end he said he'll speak to his partner yet nothing happened, while I was sick of going to the reception so I gave up (they don't answer the phone). Horrible service, horrible reception and overall horrible experience.

I’ve just spent an extremely pleasant week in this hotel since I was in Guadalajara on business. Every single thing about it was faultless , from the huge, really well equipped bedrooms to the excellent breakfast buffet. There was a huge array of both hot and cold food to choose from and all of it was top quality. Those with special dietary requirements were very well catered for As a business hotel I really enjoy the space the huge bedrooms offered. In my bedroom I found no less than 8 plug sockets and all in the places where they are most needed, including three by the desk and beside the bed too. The staff were impeccable but my biggest thanks to to all three of the bar staff . After very long working days returning to the bar and have the bar tender ready with your excellent glass of chilled white wine , it was doubly impressive that they knew just when I would be looking for my second glass. After a working day that ended at 10.30 pm real pleasure. Thank you.
