Wished we had read the reviews before booking our stay at Garcia Hotel. The pictures are much better than the reality and the kind of party people that stay here are not there for a relaxing holiday. The people that stay here are there to party all night and you hear people coming back to their room starting from 4...

What do you think guys is this a sea view terrace? I was really disappointed because I chose this hotel because in the booking was mentioned sea view terrace... That's why I chose to pay a bit more to have a nice view.....I asked the reception if they consider this a sea view terrace and the answer was yes.... And...

There is no fridge at the room, you can rent one for 40€/week. They charge extra for safetybox. The AC does not work. It's very noise outside the hotel at nights, there is a club just outside the hotel. The hotel is placed on a dirty seperate road. Breakfast was just standard.

I am sure if I went as a single man with my mates I would be writing a different review but going to Hotel Garcia with my wife and baby I must say that this is far from a family spot. The room was very small and the people staying at this hotel are there to drink heavily and party...

Just got back from our visit to this hotel and was very impressed. After reading some of the others reviews I was a little worried, but maybe some people are a bit more uptight? We arrived at night after dinner time, and were greeted with warm welcomes to the hotel. After this we got settled into our room, and had...

Wow, where should I start. Rude and grumpy receptionist that barley looked at us when checking in, dirty room and bathroom with hairs in the sink and shower, nowhere to put your wash bag or toiletries, dust and dirt at the bottom of the wardrobe, sheets never got changed once, noisy room with street noise waking us up every morning,...

We stayed for 5 nights and spent a lot of time outside the hotel and our room didn't have a good view unless we stuck our necks way out of our balcony. Upon asking for a different room with a view we were told that they had all been taken and it was simply not possible. Sitting on our balcony...

I visited Hotel Gracia with my best friend early September and this was my first holiday without my parents. I felt very safe at the hotel and wasn't worried at all about being in a foreign country for the first time on my own. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. First impression's may have seemed a little cold but...

We both love El Arenal and came back here for our third time. The beach is amazing and there is a lot of entertainment at night but just chose the wrong hotel. Hotel Gracias is a poor excuse of a hotel with unfriendly staff and ignoring the British. We asked for some extra towels twice and we never got them +...

This is my second visit to Hotel Gracia and since I'm a seasoned traveller I can sincerely say this is one of the nicest places I've stayed. The staff are multilingual including English and have been fabulous I would recommend to all!
