All inclusive is fake, it is full board. You can forget about drink free cocktail on sunbed. From free alcohol you have just to choice small beer or wine, only 3 drink in lunch time and 3 drinks at dinner time. Was no information about this when booking hotel.

The highlight of the whole stay in this hotel is the animation. Mike is doing an incredible job. Very friendly, funny and professional. Knows how to cheer the guests up. The animation program has just made the holiday in this hotel. As a plus I also would indicate the cleanliness. Rooms are getting clean everyday. The food is good. Its not as much choice there, but the quality is good. Paella served every day and its lovely. But some other things in this hotel are just ridiculous. You pay for all inclusive, but you only get an alcoholic drinks during lunch and dinner and only 3 each and only beer or wine. No spirits. During the day you can only get oft drinks The most ridiculous think is the cups. If you want to get a soft drink at the bar you have to pay 1€ deposit for the cup. On the way back to the beach when my daughter is asking me to get some soda for her, we have to go to the room to get the cup each time and then come back down. Ridiculous They don't let you fill your water bottle in. So you pay for all inclusive, but at the end of the day you don't get alcohol drinks and not even allowed water. I had an incident with the lady who works at the restaurant started arguing with my in a very aggressive manner when saw me getting some water. So I would say its worth it's money. But these little ridiculous things like cups and alcohol just spoiled the whole impression! But a big credit to animator Mike. He's done his job on 100%

Hello annacG3605DI, Thank you for staying with us and for reviewing our hotel. We are pleased that you enjoyed our animations and Mike sends his best regards and thanks for your kind comments. We would also like to thank you for commenting on our excellent standards of cleanliness plus our good selection of diverse food. As you should be aware, the limit of alcoholic drinks is due to the Balearic Government's regulations to curb excessive alcohol consumption and anti-social behaviour on the island. The one euro deposit is a strategy to limit superfluous plastic waste which is causing great harm to our seas and natural environment. We value your comments about our great value for money and we hope to welcome you back in the near future. Blue Sea Costa Verde Hotel Team

Although the hotel is old in some parts or rooms, the staff working there is very friendly and they organise activities for adults and children from Mon to Sat. About the rooms, you can see they are old and also the bathroom and sometimes smells to humidity. My room was ok, maybe a little bit small, but at least I could rest / sleep at night (not like other hotels from the same chain). What to say about the food? For me, it was good, but I'm not quite picky on that. All inclusive is from 10 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. and just three alcoholic drinks during the meals' time. About this, just for you to know, it's a regional law from the government since 2020. See you next time!!

Exactly the same as johnmonaghan01967 review, give this hotel a miss. Absolute rubbish and the ALL INCLUSIVE is a joke. The hotel is poor, the rooms are small and outdated. I really am struggling to say anything good about this hotel compared to the many others that I have stayed in. There are many better hotels in Majorca so why go to this one ? This hotel should be given a wide berth.....otherwise you will be disappointed. Unfortunately I only read the reviews on this hotel after the event 😩

I have to give this hotel an overall rating of fair……which is a shame, as I feel it could be so much better with a few little tweaks. The rooms are ok, the pool is ok, the staff are ok, the food was ok……nothing really stood out! The pool area was cleaned every morning, but lacked in shade and size……there is a grassed area out the front next to the pool, which is a bit of a dead space and could be used in a much better way. The play area again had a slide and a swing…..but the area could be made so much better. Staff where pleasant, however I did see them arguing a few times with customers and although vigilant in the food hall, I feel families should’ve had the opportunity to sit together. Also no space to eat out doors which was a shame and would’ve freed a lot of space up inside. You also had to be quick as you only had a 45 minute slot to eat!….again with a little more management, this could’ve been a much more enjoyable experience. Mike the entertainer tried his best, he was the only member of staff to engage with customers. There was no entertainment for the whole week at the manager request to cancel it without an explanation……again this could’ve been communicated better to guests as we were expecting some evening entertainment, this was a great disappointment! The room was nice, clean towels and bedding. Minimal room clean with just the beds being made daily. The beds are similar to camp beds and bang every time I moved in the night. The bathroom door couldn’t open fully due to the sink in the way……the bunk beds are a good idea and the kids loved them……and we had a great view from our balcony on the 5th floor. I was speaking to other guests who unfortunately did not get the same standard of room, so I think we stroke lucky. Overall, this could be a much nicer hotel if managed correctly. It’s a small hotel so would expect it to be a bit more friendly, but currently it has no atmosphere. A few changes could make it so much better.

Hello Liza, Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to review our hotel. We are pleased that many elements of our establishment met your standards, in general, but we are sorry that aspects did not meet your personal taste. We are sorry that you found COVID-19 government protocols demanding, but, as you must understand, we have to follow national laws to keep you, and other guests, safe and well. We hope that life returns to normal soon. We have taken note of your constructive comments and we will do our best to implement them. Although we are perplexed by your comments about our team, who are regularly complimented for their welcoming nature and professionalism. Mike, the entertainer, thanks you for your compliments and he sends his best regards. Nevertheless, we wish you a wonderful summer and hope to see you again in the future.
