На просьбу решить эти проблемы, персонал ресепшина развёл руками. We checked into a room not 4*, but 2*.There are streaks on the walls, cobwebs in the corner, towels with someone else's hair, a faucet in the bathroom with traces of someone else's toothpaste, a dirty bathtub. The ceiling is in the cracks. When asked to solve these problems, the reception staff spread their hands.
Just wanted to share with you a few pictures of our amazing wedding. We were married last year in October 2020. What a nightmare with the COVID we decided not to give up and arrived in October to get married. What can I say other than how amazing from start to finish we couldnt have asked for.anything more. Everyone at the hotel were absolutely fabulous this was our 3rd time here and this time our wedding. Anyone looking for a beautiful hidden gem then look no further. We couldn't have been happier thank you so much for everything.
We have stayed at this hotel many times & this year my wife & I decided to have a couples massage & spa experience for the first time. From being greeted with a smile by Maria on reception who looked after us up until our couples massage to having the best massages we have ever experienced by Katerina & Anna, we can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience!! Thankyou!!!
This is a nice hotel. A little tired, but aren't they all after prolonged problems over the Virus? I don't know what kind of clientele they had here in the pre-Brexit, pre-CV days but now it is almost exclusively Russian package holiday makers. On day 3 our child met another child that spoke English and it was quite a shock! This was not a problem but it maybe an interesting example of the future for Cyprus as British tourists are scared away with poor attitudes at immigration and other post-Brexit changes. There is no way on earth the main occupants of this hotel have paid anything but a fraction of the published price for the hotel. That is fine, good for them, but it does mean that there is not a 4/5 star feel about the place. Having said that, it is a nice environment with lovely pools and good beach access (but separately priced). The buffet style restaurant (only one restaurant open) served great food. Evening menu was high quality and varied. Breakfast was not simply continental, but included a good variety of hot eggs and bacon etc. They did, however, fail the fresh juice challenge! The only fault we saw at breakfast. The bar served the best Long Islands we have had for a very long time and not stupidly priced! Live music at the bar was pretty reasonable. A few small faults that could be improved. The towels for use by the pool are not given out until 9am although we wanted to go swimming at 8am. Added to this there were no towels available in late afternoon so we had to take dirty wet towels back to the room. Small points, but so easy to sort out! Overall, a good experience but not worth the prices we paid.…
Just come back from another fantastic holiday to melissi beach our 4th time staff are fabulous best of welcome from all. Also had a fabulous night with Andy & Natalie brilliant singers see you all next year again Gill & Wes
