You can get water from the bar, usual small plastic cups. I believe they sell bottled water at the bar. There are loads of supper markets around though sell cheap bottled water. We bought a big bottle and then topped up the small ones with it so it was even cheaper. You can drink the water it's just advised not to due to the minerals in it may upset your stomach.
