Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff. Embarrassment to Cyprus Ruined the start of our long awaited holiday. Thought we would give it a go. BIG MISTAKE. Over priced and over rated. Better hotels with less stars. Try the sun garden. Better food, staff and much cleaner

Value for money is very good here. Massive sprawling hotel with pools galore and a gorgeous little private beach alcove. Decent breakfast spread. Poolside restaurant area served nice food. Reception staff very friendly and helpful especially Elizabeth. Disliked · Room decor feels a little dated. Breakfast staff could be more helpful and polite as found they were a little unhelpful at times. Wifi could've been better.

My husband and me travel a lot during the year..sometimes even 3 trips per year, always around the world and always 5 stars resorts or hotels...we are very disappointed about the quality of the food in the Dyonisos buffet restaurant, very cheap food and very low quality, in our last morning we spoke to the chef and advices him that, the salad with ham and mayo was off and he quickly removed it from the counter, not fresh eggs in the morning, sour fruits, cheapest ham and cheeses, olives from the thin, the che2pest juices you can find in the coffee 4.60, It's a completely rip off!! Come on Adams, you can really do better! Cyprus is the country of the cheeses, the olives and much more, why do you put that low quality food in that buffet???miserable staff never a smile or a greeting, only the cleaners are very polite and friendly! Old parasols surrounding the beach and the swimming pools, classic room with old and dirty carpets...your superior rooms are the "CLASSIC" rooms in real 5 stars hotels, The victory pub was constantly closed in our 12 days stay. The only beautiful thing is the location and the blue sea, this is why I'm giving 3 stars.. Maybe the managers should travel a bit more and stay few days in other 5 stars hotel, and use their methods to improve the quality of the customer service and how to run a restaurant and a kitchen!!

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice this season!!! This is the first time we come back to the same hotel. We went to Adams in June and the stay was so perfect that we decided to come again in September. I must say that this hotel is the most visitor-oriented one! Food. Such a variety of dishes can be rarely found in Europe! For breakfast Adams offered absolutely everything from regular meals like omelet, beans, sausages, bacon to different types of healthy foods (carob, no-sugar marmalade, etc) and there was even champagne! Dinner was amazing! Every day was dedicated to a different type of cuisine (Greek, Cyprus, barbecue, around the world..) and everything was absolutely delicious!!! Even our kids liked the food! Rooms. We had a superior room with bunk beds for the kids (aged 5 and 11) and that was really comfortable! The room itself was nicely furnished, there’s a view on the sea. Guest relations. I would like to thank Gintare who was sooooo helpful and always smiling!!! Anything we asked her was solved in no time!!! And we felt as a part of a united and friendly family!! Such a pleasure to be treated like that! Managers are all helpful and caring! Adams has a wonderful tradition of organising cocktail parties with new comers. Such a warm welcome! That’s the first hotel where we were invited to join the team of managers! Even the general manager of the hotel came there to meet the guests! Animation team is great! Our kids loved all the activities there: drawing, handicraft, darts, pool games, water polo. Bingo games in the evenings were our most favourite ones) The shows are fantastic: fire show, parrots, dancing, Cyprus night, magician Christen (we were laughing to tears)! The territory is quite big with the hotel’s own au beds and umbrellas for free! The sea is always calm as Adams is situated in a bay. The view is amazing and it is possible to have a walk along the sea. I wanted to find something negative to share “buts”, but I couldn’t:) this hotel is really of a very high level! And I guess, that is due to the people working there, as all of them are friendly and ready to help! They managed to have a team of people who are working with all their hearts! Looking forward to coming to Adams again!

We booked a treatment in the coral spa for a couple in the same room. A "Tonifying Indian ayurvedic massage ritual", it is full one hour body and medium strength treatment with great oils in 85 euro, the room was beautiful, the spa was clean, beautiful private and we had a fun experience. The manager crina was an amazing, lovely, proffesional host. We loved the proffesional massages and the proffesional care of asking how is the strength of the massage feels for us, in order to make it specific to our feeling. Moreover the shower experience was very fun and exciting, we definitely recommend you try it. DO GO THERE ! Book a head at least 3 days before, during the covid period, and enjoy a fenomenal experience. Later on we continued to the socci sushi bar with great fresh sushi in a fair price of 25 euro to a combination of 28 pieces. One thing you could IMPROVE is an Instagram account for the spa !! RECOMENDATION from ISRAEL :)
