It is even hard to call this place a hotel. Atmosphere is very unpolite and unfriendly. it feels like everyone in the hotel is only interested to be paid. And nothing else. Not before you, ve paid, nor after anyone is caring for you queries (and there are lots of things visitors to be unhappy about. The building was only open in winter 2014 and rooms are smelling with paint. Nevertheless the furniture and all other stuff is already broken or scrached. construction of some parts is still in process and its very loud there all the time. Moreover, when we asked to clean our room, we were told that they only do cleaning once in three days. The restaurant is overpriced (prices are at the same level with top St.Pete's places) and the staff is rude as well.
Finally, when we arrived we did not know there was a discount for the rooms. As a result we paid the total price. And when I figured out t that we were charged more, they just confirmed this and refused to return the money. Smth like ' we know that we cheeted, but we can't help this.
