This large hotel, now extended via the usual Lego building manual to about 150 rooms is identikit to every other Premier Inn and I can’t see how anyone can give it 5 stars. (Actually, that’s an insult to Lego, which has bags of colour, devoid from PI apart from hideous purpIe.) It probably even surprises Premier Inns to have such...

Hi there, Thanks for your review of our Premier Inn, Newcastle (Holystone). I stayed in the newest part of the hotel (the landscaping to the front wasn't even complete it was so new!). The new rooms are a fresh look and the bed is amazing... but to be honest, I prefer the old rooms as they are much more spacious. The new layout is not as easy to live with as you...

We stayed again at this Premier Inn and maintain ourview that it's one of the best we've encountered in the chain. There's always a warm welcome from the reception on entry and as usual, the room, cleanliness, bedding, facilities, etc. met all our expectations. Despite the fact that there's a Brewer's Fayre pub next door, the patrons always seem to...

Outstanding accommodation as if no one had ever been in the room before. Very friendly & extremely helpful staff. The best Premier Inn I've stayed in. If only all Premier Inn's were this good. My daughter especially liked the makeup mirror.

This premier inn is situated just off the A19 and within a short walk to the Northumberland Park Metro stop. Beware though that signage to access the hotel is not clear since the new housing development next door. The room was clean, quiet and the hypnos bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean but if you have any mobility issues...

I stopped for 2 nights. The room was in a quiet location, very pleasant. I'm not sure if this premier have housekeeping at weekends, as my room had not been made up, bed hadn't been made or the tea & coffee had not been replenished, by the time I arrived back to my room I presumed it was too late...
