This hotel offers an excellent selection of food, especially in the fish/seafood area, however the service at the bar can leave a bit to be desired when it is crowded as there seems to be a lack of methodology among the staff. Flanagan's Irish Pub downstairs is great, especially on a Thursday night when they have good basic food (senior's... More

Had dinner here over the weekend with famiky and friends and had to return the next day for another steak sandwich! Happy staff, great views. Recommend for a reasonably priced meal in nice surroundings.

To long to get to order a meal (32 mins) then to wait for the meal to arrive 34 mins. Tables uncleared everywhere and no one running the place, Not good enough. Appeared to be plenty of staff but no one concerned. Two of the 4 meals arrived, the second two, 11 minutes later blaming someone at the table for... More

Went there with family and friends. Nothinf special about the food. Not cheap by any standard! The best thing going for it is the play room, your kids can safely play in the playroom and you can sit near them and observe them and look at them on the big screen, so you get peace of mind that your kids... We knew the Reef Hotel's restaurant upstairs ceases serving around the time we arrived (just before 2) so we went downstairs to Flanagans for lunch. We produced a shop-a-docket which gave us a discount on the second meal. However, the waitress dismissed it saying it wasn't available downstairs. I checked the fine print & saw that it was. We informed... More

I like going here cuz it's price effective, not so crowded, very laid back and near my home. Friendly staff, not 5 star but good enough for me to chill with my mates. The recent Noosa beer craft festival was awesome. Love the many samples we can pay for and the atmosphere. I didn't stay for the bands though

ast night we were with a party of 6 people.. 2 meals were sent back(chicken wings not cooked!) along with deep fried chicken schnitzel. This is a real shame to the staff who try but Head Office must NOT CARE.. Check with locals, everybody thinks the food is beyond bad, nice place to have a drink, it is sad someone... More

Overpriced and poorly cooked food. My salmon arrived cooked well, but on a bed of almost cold mash, capsicum and broccolini. I asked if they could please remove the salmon and heat up the vegetables. My meal was returned with overcooked salmon, slightly warmer and more charred capsicum, the same cool mash and cold broccolini. Surely, the first rule of... More

This venue is a very pleasant spot for lunch. Good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff and a view to die for ... unfortunately, over the years the jacarandas have grown to the extent that you can no longer see the ocean. Assuming a rabd greenie has objected to trimming?
