We were fortunate to stay in a lakeside room for 3 amazing nights. We could not be more impressed with the location, view and privacy. We dined 2 out of 3 nights in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at how well we were looked after, in particular by the restaurant manager Ajay. His knowledge of local wines and personal...

We stayed as a family of 5 for 3 nights. We self-catered but bought takeaway pizzas on one night. The outer crusts were so hard that they were difficult to cut and impossible to eat. The toppings were poor quality and were burnt. They cost A$20 each. A few days later we had excellent pizzas in a craft brewery restaurant...

For a 3 star resort I loved it . we were given a lake side room which left a tiny bit to be desired bur an unbelievable outlook. We arrived on a damp day and left in a down pore. Which is not the resorts fault I personally really enjoyed the walk around the lake with all the plaques explaining...

Good morning Bigai, Thank you for your review and feedback about Karri Valley Resort. It was unseasonal rain that we are experiencing currently, that said we do always welcome rain in Western Australia. The views from the Lakeside Rooms are amazing and made extra special when the 28 parrots come for a "chat & a feed". I am pleased that...

I had been wanting to stay here for many years. The location is beautiful right on the lake and there are plenty of trails to walk around. You can canoe on the lake and go swimming. They have other options including archery to keep you occupied. We stayed, under their mid-week package, in an over the lake unit. Whilst the...

Stayed here a couple of years ago, absolutely loved it so thought I would book it for my birthday for a girls getaway. Booked on booking.com , entered my CC details and it said my card would not be charged, and I could pay when i checked in (booked in Jan for April). Next day my card was charged so...

Good morning Bernii271, Please accept my sincere apologises for this mix up, you are correct you should not be charged if you book through Booking.com. Our policy is to take one night's accommodation as a deposit, but that is if you haven't booked through Booking.com The 5 day delay can be due to the bank, not us, we put the...

A private lake with a few cabins and hotel rooms, perfect! Not over run with people, no wifi which is good for the kids. Lots of activities outdoors, swimming to the pontoon in the lake, fishing, canoeing, rowboat, hiking/bush walking, archery, mini golf. Not thrilled with the daily activity pass fee, ,which is $20 per 24 hours, but the kids...

We spent two nights in a chalet overlooking the most amazing lake. The views really are something to behold.
