Completely unexpected friendly personal service. Anybody that has complained about this place must be delusional. We were greeted by name, escorted though the B&B and the surrounding attractions, "complimentary" afternoon tea which included a fruit flan, and chocolate brownies are left outside your room along with "complimentary" port and "pre-packaged chocolates", how fantastic. Great lounge with an honour system for...

Craig and Sally are the perfect hosts and always make our stays perfect. Never tire of coming back and the breakfasts are exactly what you need to start a day with, the complimentary Wignalls tawny port outside the rooms is also the perfect way to cap off each night. Will be back soon we hope.

What a wonderful experience, both Sally and Craig are absolutely wonderful hosts. We arrived hot and tired after a rather long day and before we knew we were shown to our lovely room, given ideas for dinner (and Sally booked the restaurant for us and Craig drove us there) lovely afternoon tea put in the room every day, so nice...

Another wonderful stay! Craig and Sally are perfect hosts, tending to every need nothing being too much trouble. Breakfasts are prepared and presented beautifully, and the little 'treats' in the afternoon are a lovely touch,in fact the whole experience is far beyond what you would expect from a B&B. We are repeat guests having stayed last year and hope to...

My wife and myself had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights at this delightful guesthouse. It had a beautiful location, a short walk from the beach and within walking distance to the Centre of the historic town of Albany. Our room was spotless and spacious. Our hosts Craig and Sally couldn't have been more welcoming and furnished us with...

From the minute you arrive, Sally goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Her breakfasts were really tasty. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Craig, Sally's husband makes the most gorgeous cakes which are delivered to your room late afternoon. He also remembers everyone's names which makes all the guests feel very special....

Lovely sitting areas to relax in and complimentary port available. Breakfast room bright, food delicious. Having just finished travelling around Western Australia in 5 star hotels for the last three weeks this should be a seven. If not just for the hosts Sally & Chris they were so help full and friendly that you would have stayed with them anywhere never mind in a comfortable and well appointed place than this. The breakfasts were to...

Sally and Craig are beautiful, friendly and hospitable people. Very comfortable homely feel. Bedrooms are large and mattress is very comfortable. Little afternoon tea on arrival and delicious breakfast. Great location for coastal run and easy access to town. Super spot to stay. I'll be back.

Very friendly owners at this B&B. The rooms are lovely if not a bit outdated, breakfast is exceptional tho, all home made to order. The rhubarb is delicious. There only seemed to be 1 weekend paper which everyone was happy to share around. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. It is a bit far out for a walk to Middleton...
