What a delightful hostess. What a beautiful large comfortable room. Just talking to June on the phone prior to arrival was delightful. Everything about June's place is a wonderful experience never to forget. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a private entrance surrounded by a beautiful garden. There were chairs outside the room to sit and enjoy the...

We were lucky enough to stay at June's delightful B&B twice last year, once in March - weather glorious, breakfast outside every morning and again in November - weather not so glorious, breakfast indoors. What an absolutely delightful place it is, rooms are spotless, breakfasts are delicious and June is a delightful host. We tried to book again for January,...

Lovely self contained B&B, separate to the house, which is set in a pretty English garden. The owner, June, is so welcoming and really interesting to chat to. She made us a cup of tea on arrival, which we had on the verandah. Our room had a huge, warm and comfortable bed. The ensuite was spotless, there are ample cupboards,...

We recently stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our first B&B experience. June made us most welcome and the Studio was extremely comfortable and relaxing. We travelled with another couple, who stayed in the Harbour Room. We were very lucky to enjoy beautiful weather and June makes fantastic breakfasts, although fairly generous portions. It was so relaxing enjoying breakfast in...

We stayed for 2 nights at Emu point B&B in the studio. On arrival we experienced a warm welcome from the owner June. The studio is just lovely, spacious and filled with extra touches that make anyones stay comfortable. Umbrellas in case it rained, books to read, maps and information on Albany. June also gave us tips on what to...

Being fellow B&B owners it's very difficult for us to get away much but it was great to be able to do this especially as it was my birthday. It was quite hard to find this place as June (the owner) doesnt advertise much, and even though she does have a website, she doesn't have an email address, nor is...

Stayed from Oct 4-7 2012. We decided on this place after finding it on tripadvisor (but with only 2 reviews). It was our 1st time to visit Albany & to stay in a B&B and I must say it was a great experience. I cannot say enough good things about our stay - the owner, June, is a lovely &...

June (the owner) was very accommodating and welcoming. The room was lovely and it was nice to be just on the outskirts of town. Breakfast was delicious and we ate till we burst every morning. Lovely and serene, we will definitely stay there again next time we're in Albany.
