Went there for lunch on a thursday what a warm atmosphere with the flame heater going in one of the rooms as it was cold outside you can sit such a big area as this is split into four quarters depending what scenery you want one of where the kids can play one where you're not far from the bathroom...

Came here for dinner and chose the chicken scallopini and my partner had the special which was beef cheeks. Both meals were delicious. Very big portions I would come back here again. Highly recommend this place.

We didn't stay there but we had lunch. The lunch is very good en the people who serve it are very friendly. There are a lot of surf pictures on the wall and you can see that they love surfing. When the weather is nice you can sit outside.

We were recommended To go to the Torquay Hotel / Motel for a counter lunch last Thursday and the Meal was Excellent and huge and the price outstanding. $15.00 for a open steak sandwich. Which you struggle to finish, and for Seniors a free dessert, would recommend for all Visitors and Seniors

I've been here a couple of times. The food is lovely but the staff really need to get better manners!! They are so rude. Very disappointing and you really need to clean the carpet in the bar, it's so sticky and yuk!

Friday night is booze it up all night long. Not a good choice if you want a good night's sleep. Fine if you want to get boozed up and play pokies all night long. Room clean, basic and dark. Mid week might be different.

Our first night in Torquay we chose to eat at the Torquay Hotel. The food was very good, not your average pub meal. The service was timely and staff pleasant. We enjoyed a relaxing dinner at reasonable prices. I would recommend anyone visiting Torquay to try the Torquay Hotel for a meal.
