Food was nice – we had the salmon with crispy skin which came with a large portion of steamed veggies. Staff were friendly and could not do enough, even changed the meal order for us at the last minute. The restaurant has a large open fire with sofa in front, for those chilly winter evenings.

I've goin to the Vic many times over the last 4 years, it has a special draw as our girls love the play room. However, the prices just keep going up, compared to similar venues it just seems very expensive for reasonable, but not brilliant food. They're now charging $8 for a bottle of water and I think that maybe...

I visit port fairy often as we have a holiday house and have eaten often at the three other hotels often. I don't go to the victoria often as it is expensive . The food is good but the atmosphere is not fine dinning, but the prices would lead to expect that. Last night i took 5 friends to dinner...

We walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly waitress who was very accommodating , she explained the choices for the evening, we picked our table, ordered a drink to start by the open fire, then ordered our meal and had entree beside the fire before being seated at our table for our main meal. We were hungry tired and wet, looking for a nice meal. Kim welcomed us at the door and we had an amazing meal. Awesome food, great service and excellent wine, we had a lovely night in front of the open fire. Highly recommend a visit anytime!

Nice new well presented motel apartments in good position in town, but not well sound proofed. Neighbours talked to 2pm and walked around all night. Heard every step. Wa also had a room facing the street, but in this quiet town, the locals had a loud discussion right outside.

Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. A very comprehensive menu with something for everyone. Meals were beautifully presented and delicious. We couldn't resist the deserts - awesome! Great effort by the new owner and her team, can't wait to go back.

We booked for dinner for 4 adults and 2 children. After waiting over an hour after ordering our meals we had to chase up the waitress to let her know we had not been served. Many other diners in after us were being served before us. She told us there had been a 'stuff up' in the kitchen and we...

I stayed here just for one night. The room was ok, but it was clear that only the floors and table get to be cleaned. Quite a few spider web on the ceiling. But with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, this was all I needed for this one night.

We did not stay the night here but we had a lovely meal. We had a cheesy garlic pizza as a starter and both had a parma for mains. One of the best parmas ive had in a long time and not badly priced at $23 each. The woman that served us were absolutely lovely and were great to have...
