We stayed here for two nights and wished we were staying longer. Our hosts were fantastic. Ian's pancakes for breakfast are the best ever. The room was very, very comfortable and everything was just perfect. The gardens are beautiful and the beach is a very short walk from the property.

What more can we say except we keep on returning to Ian and Maddie's superb Glen Isla House. We have lost count but believe we have just had our seventh stay!! We have booked for next year as well. Wonderful rooms, Devine chef cooked breakfasts prepared by Ian and of course Maddie's genuine and warm welcoming of guests is only...

We decided to stay the night at Glen Isla house rather than drive back to Melbourne after visiting Phillip Island for the Penguin viewing. We're so glad we decided to stay. Glen Isla house is a beautiful tranquil place with such warm and welcoming hosts, beautifully tended gardens, lovely rooms and beach access which we unfortunately forgot to check out...

From the moment we entered the tranquil grounds of Glen Isla House, my wife and I started to relax. This was partly due to the well tended gardens that wrap around the beautifully kept and well appointed rooms, but largely due to the warm and engaging nature of the hosts - Ian and Maddie, who did their utmost to make...

My husband and I decided to spend our 10th wedding anniversary back in Phillip Island where we had our honeymoon. We decided against going back to our original hotel because back then, our circumstances were different. This time around, we wanted something special, memorable, tranquil and serene and we got it with Glen Isla House. It was a picture perfect...

Superb quality, great location. The whole place has been set up for the more discerning travellers. Quality throughout with a fantastic breakfast cooked to order by Ian the chef and owner. Surely there cannot be a better place to stay on the island?

Apart from the gorgeous variety of luxuriously themed suites plus the amazing breakfasts from chef Ian and his accomplice extraordinaire Madeline, this is just the place to have a real holiday when you need peace and quiet to recharge. The beach is across the road when you're ready for it but the property is secluded, dotted with beautiful big old...
