The location is great and the spa bath is definitely the star here, apart from that, this hotel should be classified as motel, everything is very old amd outdated, I found spider on the bed, carpet is dirty and the sofa bed mattress is very thin. Breakfast is very complimentary but very basic, toast , cereals and fruits from the...

Please be aware that during peak times most places on Phillip Island will want minimum stays from 2 to some 5 nights. This was an exception for mid January and we were pleasantly surprised, they openly said it was pub style accommodation but it was clean. The staff were very good a nice basic continental breakfast and for this type...

Let's face it, this ain't no Taj Mahal... but then it doesn't claim to be. We were apprehensive after reading other reviews but at short notice in the middle of the holidays we couldn't find much else where we wanted to be. Location wise this is excellent, right where you want to be on the beach and near all the...

Its not the Ritz, but then it doesn't cost like the Ritz either. For where it is, it floor furnishings are practical. We stayed in 2 rooms and...

Once entering the room the first thing I noticed was...

Whilst staying in Australia we decided to stay 1 nt at Phillip island. Our friend booked this so we didn't know what we were staying in. My heart sank when we turned up at the hotel. It looked in desperate need of a revamp so I wasn't expecting much inside either! I always use trip advisor whenever I book anywhere...

We stayed in an ocean view spa room and were impressed with the staff at reception, we even had a call on our way down to say our room was ready if we wanted to come earlier , when we got to the Continental we noticed what a lot of other comments were about, rooms and furniture need to be...

The accomodation is over priced , run down ,noisy late at night & the furniture & appliances are well & truely out of date & uncomfortable probably suitable for a football trip if you are using it as a place to keep your belongings & maybe pass out after a big night on it

Booking was messed up to start. Room was old and in need of upgrade, would have been good about 15 years ago. Shower took 5 minutes to get hot and was hard to get wet under, very noise room, Old tv and the lovely chairs oh my bottom.
