We loved our stay in Casa Favilla especially the breakfast arrangement where we were able to make use of the wonderfully stocked kitchen and the amazing dining hall.
The kitchen really had everything we could possibly want, and since we happened to be the only...More

There are a couple of issues here that may have resulted from only spending a single night at Casa Favilla in January, which we don't normally allow. It was because there was a single night gap available in that particular room. That is also why...More
Found Casa Favilla relatively easily and were soon greeted by Gerard who introduced us to the other couples staying. We stayed on a particularly cold and windy evening in September and we found it quite chilly. Breakfast is a strange affair - I don't think...More

Hi Meg. We used to allow dogs but it can be a problem in Apollo Bay because local by-laws mean dogs are not allowed down the beach in the summer months and too often we found ourselves as "de-facto" dog managers when couples would go swimming and leave the dog tied up for an hour or two at the residence. Nowadays we don't allow dogs because it is better for owners to use a facility that is purpose built for that sort of thing. Basically our back yard is only an average size and while many people have promised "we will keep her in the car" or some such thing the dog will often not settle in unfamiliar territory. Sorry.
