This is a working hostel in Caloundra about a 15 minutes walk from the grey hound drop...there is no shuttle and the hostel doesnt answer emails. Tired and dirty with a clicky atmosphere. Awful beds and no a/c. I wouldn't recommend a stay here.
They overcharged and will not refund even though they are in the wrong and than they abuse their customers. They refused to return emails and do not have any customer service standard. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here for a little while with my GF, we were made to feel totally welcome from the outset. Although not a working hostel, it does have a small amount of workers who stay here. Consequently it has a really chilled out vibe, more relaxed than it’s counterpart in Mooloolaba.…

"First floor is usually quieter at night"
"make reservations. I was lucky to get a room. Great deal"
"Go somewhere else!"
"Take a look before booking if possible, some rooms at the rear won't be affected by the other guests sitting outside the front late at night. If you can afford the room with ensuites, go for it."
