We stayed for one night in January. There is off-street parking to be found through an alleyway that leads beside the pub to the back yard. The bar has a good selection of craft beers on tap, and we had a couple and then got our key from a very friendly barman. We have stayed in many pubs, so have...

1st time at the Imperial since Richie took over. His food is first class. Tonight no exception. If I had to be critical the service was quick. It was going out for a meal and not out for dinner as an event itself. Having said that it is being tuff. I highly recommend this as a place to go to...

There are a few places to eat in Cowra including several hotels but the on site manager where we were staying recommended the Imperial Hotel. I reviewed the comments on TripAdviser and thought this would be good on a Friday night for dinner. My wife and I were not disappointed. There is an air conditioned restaurant area as part of...

Pastsing through and found imperial hotel. STeak sandwich $25- or hamburger $22- side salad $7-00 for small bowl. Main meals over $30-. Bottle of wine start at $28-00. And certainly not the place if you are looking for a quick meal. They use local meat on the steak sandwich which is the reason fir the high price.

My wife and I have had many really nice meals since the hotel has been under new management but I'm sorry to say our lunch today (25 November) was very disappointing. To start with we were the only table left and we waited 45 minutes for our meal. Both arrived cold and the salad was wilted. My wife had a...

I was on my way from Wagga Wagga to Sydney and looking for some place midway to spend the night. The top motels in town were already sold out, but I noticed the listing for the Imperial and thought it would be a more interesting alternative to the Econo Lodge. I liked the idea of having a pint and a...

Our room was spacious including a double and single bed with a large separate bathroom. It had character and overlooked the Main Street. It far exceeded our expectations. There were many events on in the region for the long weekend and consequently the usual places we have stayed at before were already booked. We would not normally consider staying here...

This Restaurant was recommended by our accommodation. Previously known as Lot 31. Beautiful meal, the Cowra Lamb was so tender it fell apart. Service was very good, even though the restaurant was booked out & the Hotel was full. Great experience.

We spent two nights in Cowra for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Lot 31, which has moved to the Imperial Hotel, was recommended by friends. We had the lamb and risotto which were both excellent. The addition of a local wine made for most enjoyable meal. The one downside was that the service was very slow as the restaurant was extremely...
