The room was basic, as expected given the location. Bed was comfy, on site restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. While the main part of the room was clean and the bathroom spotless, you could tell vacuuming behind some seats hadn't been done for a while

This motel is of the older style, rooms are adequate, showers were very good and clean. That was very comfortable and linen was white and crisp. Receptionist was very friendly, and helpful with local knowledge. Suggest would be good for overnight visit but not for long stay. Restaurant was closed for the weekend, and suggestion was to eat at the...

First off I have to commend the staff, they were brilliant but we were disappointed with our meal considering it had been recommended as the best place to eat in Queenstown. My fish was cooked well, but the marmalade chilli sauce was a bit ho hum. My husband ordered a chicken curry which was totally overcooked and dry. When speaking...

This place is a budget hotel and we generally got what we expected - cramped, tired, low quality. But we also got paper thin walls and chaotic parking. The first night, the party in the room next to us really did party - chattering loudly late into the night. We had to be up early to catch a Gordon River...

He also was able to give information about the area. Room was large, well presented and clean. Only one area of improvement....the position of the T V. When lying in bed only one...

We as a family had a 1 night stop over here so we could do the train ride the next morning. We had a family room with kitchenette which was handy to have breakfast. Everything was clean and bed comfortable. Staff at Reception and restaurant were very friendly. Meals were ok but nothing outstanding. But over all a good place...

The room is exactly what is expected in this pride bracket. Comfortable bed, enough space , good facilities and free, fast wifi. The room even had two heaters for those who feel the cold. We were more than happy with the room. The owner went out of his way to help my husband make contact with another motel to retrieve...
