My sons (9 & 17) and I stayed at Peppers for 10 nights and we had a fantastic time. The staff were delightful - a shout out to John on reception and Sumi at breakfast who were so friendly and helpful - and the facilities were great. The rooms were very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We booked the hotel in TripAdvisors for two nights. The architecture of the hotel reception desk was impressive. Staff at the front desk was professional and helpful. We enjoyed the ocean view. Breakfast was good. There were some fried vegetables in addition to regular breakfast. However, for two consecutive days for breakfast ,nobody ever came to our table to ask whether we needed anything. When I went to a waitress and asked whether they had boiled eggs, she took my order, and brought soft eggs. I wish she asked me how I wanted it cooked. Another note, we forgot to bring toothbrushes and asked the hotel but was told we had to go outside to buy them. It was after 9:00. Pm then.

Overall not a bad hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable offering a queen sized bed, couch with chaise, laundry, fully functional kitchen, TV, aircon, balcony and large bath in the bathroom. There are a few small drawbacks making the overall experience seem not worth the price; The hotel is that is is located on top of a hill in front of Airlie marina, this boats beautiful views of the ocean, however also means you are climbing a hill everywhere you walk around the hotel. If you've got young children or are not fully physical able, this may not be the hotel for you. They do offer to pick you up in a golf cart and drive you from A to B, but by they time you order the cart to the time it arrives, you could have almost walked it. The restaurant is also quite expensive with small portions and you need to book well ahead of time if you want to eat at a reasonable time. The buffet breakfast is ok, offering a hot and cold buffet, but nothing overly special. There is a pool and spa which is located next to the restaurant and overlooks the bay which is quite nice, it is quite small and not a lot of chairs so you need to get in early if you want a chair, the water is also cold, even in the spa. There is a shuttle bus going to the port and into town at different times, otherwise you can walk, its about 10min to the port and about 20min into town. There is parking on site if you have a car, however not alot of parking by the restaurant. They offer late check out with a fee of $20 per hour. Overall it is quite a nice hotel, but for the price, I would try somewhere else next time.

Myself and two friends stayed at Peppers Airlie beach to attend a wedding and were delighted with the high caliber of staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful and outgoing. We loved having the option of 2 hourly shuttle busses into the town centre and the golf buggy ride down to the street level. All our needs were met and beyond. The pool was beautiful, and tides restaurant served up fantastic meals. For those with dietary requirements - milk-lab almond milk was available at breakfast if you ask. My only qualm was that the bathroom tiles/grout needed some attention. Thanks for having us, would hesitate to book again! 😍

Our family with two teenagers loved Peppers, Airlie Beach. Such a relaxed, low key resort. The rooms are spacious with all you need plus extras like a spa bath in our family apartment. The food and cocktails are delicious - even better during happy hour! The staff are friendly and hospitable. Shout out to Joshua for his over and above service, particularly blowing up guests inflatables for the pool. I really recommend Peppers for a perfect stay in Airlie Beach. Be sure to also book the Fly and Raft tour while in the area. Amazing experience! #flyandraft #oceanrafting #lovewhitsundays

What is the frequency of the free shuttle service
Hi John, we had a rental car so had no need to use it. From memory it ran either hourly or two-hourly, and picked up/dropped off at two locations in town. They also have a golf cart that can run you up/down the hill if you'd prefer to walk.
