We stayed at the Whitsunday on the Beach for a couple of nights a few weeks ago. It was perfectly located, on the beach as the name implies but also close to shops, attractions and easy access to get to other things in the surrounding area. Our apartment was clean, quiet, they had great kitchen facilities and the staff was...

Myself and two others stayed here for one night in a self-contained holiday apartment. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in during our months' visit to Australia. Room: the room was very large and had five beds even though we were only expecting two! It was so clean and modern and was extremely well-equipped for our...

On our arrival the lady at reception was absolutely lovely - very helpful and friendly (a great asset). The room was spacious. Decor was a dated and the bathroom was grotty (hadn't been mopped properly and walls were smeared). While the accommodation location was very central with the lagoon right out the front there was also a late night bar...

Nestled in the centre of the main shops and right by the lagoon, the best thing about Whitsundays on the Beach is the location. My sister and I stayed for one night before heading out on a boat trip. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The fittings are not the most modern, but all-round I think...

The rooms are well presented, and found the staff very helpful. value for money was excellent and wish we had a few more days to spend in the beautiful seaside community. Will be back again soon. Thank you Airlie for a great couple of days!

I have stayed at this hotel a few time with positive experiences every time till one night I had back from a night out to find someone else had forced there way into my room and were asleep on my bed. I evicted the man out without to much hassle as he realised he was in the wrong room. In...

If we hadn't stayed here, our stay in Airlie Beach would have been, like, a third as awesome. And it was all due to the tremendous work of Annie the Kiwi (not her real nickname) at the front desk. She's the most helpful human being on the entire continent, and super duper plugged in to everything in Airlie Beach. The...
