4 of us stayed in a 3 bedded apartment but only used two bedrooms. We had 4 nights there. Richard and Karyn Hewitson (the Managers) were so helpful with the little problems that we had and couldn't fault them or the apartment. It was so central for the local restaurants. We spent 4 nights there and would not hesitate to...

We have just finished a nine night family holiday with two children 5 & 9. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The accomodation was wonderful and I could not fault anything about our stay. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone that is looking in Palm Cove. Richard (manager) was very helpful in organising our day trips to...

This is the third time we have stayed here now and I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Palm Cove! It is so relaxing - the energy about the place is so calming and tranquil. We really love it. Richard and Christina (owners? Managers?) are simply lovely people who will do everything they can to help you have the...

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in the one bedroom bungalow situated near the lake. It was very comfortable, spacious and private. The accommodation is close to the beach and the restaurant strip. The management was very helpful with tourist and restaurant suggestions.

We booked a 3 bed aprtment for our family of 5 adults. The apartment had real wow factor -very high quality finish, fixtures, fittings and appliances. The apartment was very light with large bi-fold doors onto the balcony plus louvre windows across another wall. Being on an upper floor we had a lovely view out over the resort. The apartment...

I must say that the entrance to the property is a little disappointing (needs a facelift maybe?) but behind the gates lies a very neat and inviting property. The apartments are fabulous - large, very clean, modern - easily accomodates 2 adults and a child or two (although I'm commenting on 2 adults using the apartment. Would definitely stay here...

This was certainly a great surprise. Not only is this a beautifully presented resort but we were lucky enough to stay in apartment 22. This is a unique single bedroom unit set in the far corner of the complex adjacent the pool. Quite a tranquil setting amongst tall Melaleucas and beside a large natural lagoon. Would suggest a larger bed...

Booked a one bedroom apartment which iwas actually a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 doors locked. As a result the apartment was very spacious for the two of us, great lcoation at the end of the palm cove restaurant strip. The two hosts were very friendly. No room service, as they are self contained. The noise from the room above...

For our family of four (kids aged 13 and 10), the two bedroom apartment was perfect. The large living area was great to relax in after a day in the sun with opening bifold doors in the dining area that make it seem like you are dining in the rain forest. The apartment is perfect for self caterers and those...

We will be going back to Sanctuary. We stayed 2 nights prior to flying out to an island and unfortunately we didn't get to really appreciate the place. The first afternoon we arrived was spent buying summer clothes after Qantas lost out luggage and then the second day we drove to Cape Tribulation which took most of the day (and...
