#2 of 78 Speciality lodging in Las Terrenas
Charming small residence directly on the marvelous beach of Coson. The residence was built with love and understanding of the natural beauty around it by it's owners. The long and crystal clear waters of Playa Coson and the evergreen of the mountains in the back makes this place unique and wonderful where you can spend your next holidays. Once here you will not want to leave... The main house has 4 private beachfront bedrooms. The Villa Colonial is a replica of a Victorian Style house with four bedrooms and private kitchen. It has been finely decorated with nice furniture and colorful tissues. In the back there is a magical round private Casita Mexicana. The swimming pool is in the middle of the residence. The garden has long chairs, hammocks, private seating with sun covers, tables to play chess or cards. There is also a first class restaurant that serves delicious juices, drinks and French, Italian and International cuisine. It also has a traditional oven for pizzas. You can enjoy a massage in the gazebos's garden or in your room or you can walk for four miles surrounded by hundreds of coconut trees, golden sand and refreshing water. What are you waiting for? The hotel is small but nice, smiling and friendly staff. the beach is best for surfers and Morey Boogie. Beach View rooms are better. They need to do some little outdoor fixes. They don't have TV but they have excellent wi fi with my laptop we watched Netflix every day. The town is 10 minutes away.

When you think about where you want to stay to relax, enjoy really good beach scenery and have delicious food, Casa Coson is the archetype. Every time my husband and I come to Coson we make our reservations here. They make us feel just like home with an upgrade, which is their outrageous gastronomic menu and boutique chic rooms. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you have just about anything you want. Doña Marcia and her husband will make sure you feel right at home and will start the best conversations. Also, there’s Gaelle, she is amazing and will make sure you are having the best time. Honestly, there’s no other place I’d rather be. Perfect scenery, beautiful Caribbean blue front beach, stunning design, delicious food and the best Aperol Spritz in the entire island. Can’t wait to be back! -Xiomell

Really well seasoned, well prepared, good ingredients, generous portioned tasty food. But the two cats there will beg for food whole time and even scratch and jump on you to get food. Please, do it at your home but do not feed animals from restaurant table.

We stayed in the Casa Bali, a cute sort of two story cottage, check in early was no problem and everything was smooth. Had a decent lunch at the Cafe there, the Mojito was actually exceptional as was the capresa salad. The lower kids room had an air conditioner which was a blessing as it was hot, the master bedroom upstairs was just too hot the first evening, so we slummed with the children, second night it was tolerable. Had a little issue with cleaning, they rectified at once. Some fixtures and in general need some attention, beds are sort of OK linens were fairly worn. In reality it should be about 30% cheaper for the current condition. The Coson beach is spectacular, residence grounds, pool and lounges on the property are well kept and very comfortable. Very nice folks.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, my first time i was about 12 so i don't remember it too well but now it was something that i can not remove from my mind. To start the staff greeted us with nothing but open arms, they were very welcoming and nice. We were originally going to stay there 2 nights but ended up staying there for 3 because of a storm. This hotel is truly breathtaking. It is a small hotel nothing large and fancy like the other all inclusive hotels around the island. We stayed in a one bedroom room. To start the beds were very comfortable and not only was there a fan but also an air conditioner. The room spacious and the bathroom as well. Breakfast is included in your stay. Breakfast isn't a buffet or anything large. They bring out a fruit platter with juice, bread and eggs. Everything tasted very fresh. Next you can go to the pool which i don't recommend once you see the beach. The beach is completely secluded and there aren't many people around. Very quiet and relaxing. The water was a bit rough but it was due to the season. Plenty of shade and seating for those who aren't tan aficionados. The owners were always on site asking if everything was okay to make sure that our stay was perfect. We didn't eat lunch or dinner there we explored the town a little. About 10-15 drive away is a small town in which the you will find a strip of restaurants called " Pueblos de los Pescadores" i would definitely go if you are staying at his hotel. To wrap up this hotel is relaxing and absolutely breathtaking. nothing beats this!
