Stayed overnight in one of the pods with my wife and our two young children after a day out at Dunfanaghy. They look small on the outside but there was plenty of room on the inside for all of us. The kids loved the big play park on site, and we had a delicious breakfast in the cafe the next morning. Omelettes, sausage and bacon pancakes for the grown ups, and mini pancakes and ice cream for the little ones. We enjoyed it so much we booked another night away before we left.

Excellent stay at the campsite. Everyone is so friendly and relaxed. The site has a brilliant play area for children and all you need if you where camping in the tents or pods. Although we stay in our camper. Would highly recommend the site and will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed recently in a bell tent (number 4) for a few day. It was our first time camping and thought this place would be a good starting point. I can say that the site is fantastic and ideal for families with children. They have a park area with a zip line, swings and slides. They also have a tennis court and soccer area. The site has a communal shower block and kitchen which is great. There is a pizza/chip shop on site that does great food and a cafe that makes excellent pancakes. You can hire firepits out for €5 per night. The camp site is easy to find and is quit central for touring around the north west of Ireland. We would definitely recommend and I'll certainly be back.

First off it rained a lot and that never makes camping the greatest of experiences. But having said that, it is Donegal, and the owners will know all about weather, or they should. Delux means you get two blown up airbeds and (not surprisingly) damp duvets and pillow cases on arrival in the tent. Perhaps they could consider keeping the duvets wrapped up in a drying room and only issue them on arrival? As we camp as a family I have kit and before leaving home did load in sleeping bags and lights. If I had not we wouldn't have stayed as the bedding was damp and inadequate. Delux does not stretch to an inexpensive battery light so bring your own. I would go again but take my own tent as the site is well located and the shower block is clean and has hot water. Eat out as the kitchen

I had always said I wouldn't go camping but this was camping with a difference. The pod was clean and comfortable and we were able to put the heat on to make it more cosy. We were also able to take our dogs which was great. Staff were lovely and facilities were very good for a camping site I would highly recommend this experience.
