We have stayed at the Jashita a few times since 2011 & have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff is very accommodating & extremely kind and friendly. Our room was perfect as always. We spent four days this trip and brought our two year old with us. She enjoyed playing on the beach and in the calm waters...

Just few km north of Tulum and zona Holtelera. Jashita Boutique hotel has the best beach you can find in Tulum. Our room was beautiful with pool and view. Food is very good and the service is perfect! The staff is amazing and we felt home :) The restaurant inside the hotel - Sahara - is one of the best...

The first thing that strikes you is the location . The bay and surrounding area is great . The hotel is clearly designed and build with a great deal of thought and quality . Rooms are modern and stylish as well as being clean and comfortable . You get what you pay for in Jashita as it's not cheap but...

Loved this place. Great vibe, beautiful and well-maintained beach, great food, fun snorkeling in the bay, super nice staff. We stayed for 4 days and intended to go into Tulum proper to explore the ruins and have a few meals off the hotel property, but we were having such a great time relaxing at Jashita, we never ended up leaving....

My three older children and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at this intimate, quiet, tastefully designed place, and were grateful to have to chance to come, as the number of children, we understand, is limited to preserve the calm feeling for everyone. The staff, first of all, are very patient and kind. The setting is lovely and has...

My fiance and I traveled to Tulum for the first time about a week ago and stayed at Hotel Jashita. We were blown away by the hotel's beauty, charm, cuisine and most importantly the service! Everyone who works at the hotel is wonderful, to name a few: Carol, Ulysses, Omar, Edwin, Guillermo - just a few names I can recall....

Came here for a friend's wedding and was super impressed by every element from the staff, to the food, and amenities. There's an infinity pool at the top of the newest building of the hotel, which gives you an incredible view of Soliman Bay and the surrounding area. Highly recommend this place!

Oh Jashita... I miss you, I loved you - you were so close to perfect!! So let me start with what I didn't like, and it's really simple: the food & menu. Nothing was inedible, but everything was so completely devoid of taste, creativity and authenticity that we did all that we could to get off the property and eat....
