Despite the heading, I cannot fault the service we received when we checked in, the service we received in the restaurant and the meal that we had. My only issue at the restaurant was that we chose to eat outside and the smoke from the smokers area was quite disgusting floating across while trying to eat. I would book inside...

These cabins are quite basic and are in need some redecoration. The double bed was uncomfortable as it was sagging on its springs. Resorted to using the bunk bed which was much better. Cutlery was an odd assortment and quite poor especially the forks. The toilet and shower blocks outside were painted dark green and were clean but not particularly pleasant...

I have been here many times before and had a lovely meal each time but never had the need to stay in their accommodation. We had a family room and it's just plain old. All the fixtures, decor, bathroom and I'm assuming the bedding too because the largest bed on our room was drooping on one side, in fact it...

We stopped here to camp whilst visiting the Nitmiluk NP. The camping area is only small and the toilets/showers could do with a spruce but the kitchen area has everything you'd need. The bar/restaurant is nice to relax in the evening with a big comfy sofa - very much enjoyed after a week of camping and little comfort

On entering the room I had been allocated, the first think I noted was the smell. It smelt like sewerage. Tried to call reception, no one answers but when you walk down there, someone is at the desk The tv remote had flat batteries. The decor is very dated, and the split aircon system is underrated and can't cool the...

Resort had a good vibe about it and is handy to both town and is on the Gorge road. Location is reasonably secure. Staff were great and the meal at the restaurant good too - highly recommend the roast pork belly! The motel rooms are a little dated but comfortable enough. Primary issue was that the air conditioning struggles to...

I stay here a lot for work visits. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The motel rooms are average, the family rooms are very dated and in need of refurb. The cabins are great value budget rooms (nothing flash and with external private bathroom) and you are allowed to keep your dog outside at the cabins, but a bargain...

The room itself was very clean and tidy! It is the only place that we stayed at on our road trip from Darwin to Alice Springs that did not turn the air-con on for us prior to our arrival. This took quite some time to cool the room down but was all good once we had done so. The room...

stayed recently, booked a self contained room, not realising it was in a workers style accommodation block, which didn't have a good car park for the bikes on the back of our ute. However, Jason was extremely helpful and upgraded us to a motel room with car park in at front door, no extra charge. We were so happy with...
