Had birthday lunch there. Food freshly cooked and delicious. Staff all very pleasant made us very welcome. Menu not too complicated. They have a good range of beers but seem contented to serve tea or coffee if preferred. Recommended for

We had come to this part of Somerset to collect some cider from Neil Worley of Worley’s Cider and he recommended this pub for lunch. The Three Horseshoes is a 400 year old Inn built of honey coloured stone situated in the small village of Batcombe amongst beautiful countryside beside a lovely old church, parts of which date back to...

On being recommended to this pub, a party of hungry golfers booked a table for their evening meal after an away day. We were not disappointed with any aspect. The pub is authentic country village style with no added false brass-wear, farm implements or corn -dollies. What it does have is good food, good beer, good service and a very comfortable...

I love driving out to this pub from Shepton, through the hills and there it is The Three Horseshoes. Such a vision of beauty and innocence. The staff are nice with a relaxed, attentive approach. Their timing was impeccably managed as always. How do they do it?! Sometimes all you want is a nibble because you're doing a BBQ at...

great little country pub and though the head chef was new, he makes brilliant food would give 5 stars however the menu was limited but you could tell it was all fresh and hand made. Would go again and tell friends if they where ever in the area. The bar supports loyal ale as well which was lovely to sample.

Really friendly welcome, very accommodating via the phone and even though it was a busy Saturday night they managed to squeeze us in. Service was prompt and friendly. The pub was full and buzzing. Great selection of locally sourced food and ciders, ciders in particular within a...

Recently spent a fabulous over-night stay at this beautiful place. Wonderful welcome, relaxed, yet attentive. Delicious light lunch - tomato chutney to die for - superb evening meal and then off to bed in a very comfortable bedroom. Best breakfast ever!!!! Would thoroughly recommend this venue to anyone who needs a time away from the stresses of modern day life....
