Even if we stayed for only one night, we enjoyed this place very much. Clean campground, shower, toilet and kitchen (free use of freezer and fridge) and a quiet place. We had some issues with our wifi code which was not a big deal. But as I talked to the manager about it, he apologized and refund us the money...

It seem to be a pretty good, cheap motorcamp at first sight, but this changes very quickly. We (me and a friend) arrived at the site quite lately because we were driving the whole day and it was cold an raining. After we booked ourselves in and wanted to cook something for dinner, we had to find out that the...

Stayed 2 nights kitchen hours (on the weekend!!!) between noon and 9:30 pm. We were still cooking at 9:20 pm and the owners kicked us out, even though it was raining and there was no shelter where we could finish eating. We tried to talk with the staff but they shut the door right in front of us. Bad Campsite.

Okay, let's be clear: this is no Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, or Novotel. But you don't have to pay much and you will get a safe place to stay, friendly staff, and your own little slice of paradise. You don't have to go anywhere to get 'in the nature' because it comes to you. Or you could stay in town which is...

It's a real nice campsite which is cheap and good. We stayed for almost two weeks. You have to pay for showers and the internet and also have to leave the facilities at certain times due to the fact that they get cleaned everyday. There are no hidden costs because get a information sheet from the friendly receptionist lady where...

We spent 6 nights here over Easter and thoroughly enjoyed it! The campsite was beautiful and right next door to beautiful walkways. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the facilities basic but clean. Before we stayed I had read a review by someone who was concerned about the permamnent residents area. Actually, it was tidy and tucked away it was...

$10 pp really good for the location but there are hidden costs for hot showers and wifi. Internet room was useful as it's got loads of leaflets. On the downside a relatively small extension cable to charge the entire campsites devices just isn't enough. It's also a bit tight to actually state that you can't use your device whatsoever when...

We stayed here as it was the cheapest campsite in the Nelson area. It's a great price too, $10 pp. the kitchen was great and so was the TV. However, the showers are filthy and moth-ridden. I'd stay again, but wouldn't shower. The river nearby is very nice.

Gorgeous location to put your tent up under a tree and to take in the valley's pretty scenery and feel like you're in the middle of nature. $10 a night is a fairly cheap stay for a tent site but with that comes a few other inconveniences and added extras to pay for. Hot shower is $2 for 6 minutes...
