Be extra careful if this property is Hosting any event specially any political event , you won't be able to get any service forget about any Royal experience... Attached are pics when you enjoy their Plunge Pool, brusies all over the body According to them young children have tender skin that's why this happens, not because their plunge pool has sharp edges n faulty construction ! Their big pool too had sharp edges, but still it was better than Plunge Pool. We had dedicated Butler service which took care of all the stuff he/she could, the main door lock was not working of 423 they could not fix it. Many issues related to food service as they had MICE group staying at their property , due to which they couldn't service their regular guests. Just stay away if they have a group booking at this property ! The staff tried their best to make us comfortable but technically the property had limitations of resources in terms of management & resources.…

Hi, I travelled in this hotel with my family of total 4 members. I have visited many hotels in my life including crowne plaza Jaipur, Hilton Delhi, Andaaz Delhi, The Leela palace Mumbai, Radisson Jaipur, Lalit Delhi, The Venetian Macau and many more 5 star hotels of Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and many more in India but the hotel I like the most in my entire life is The Leela palace Jaipur, for its astonishing beauty, priceless hospitality and brilliant food. I have visited this hotel 2 times and I took grand villas here each time and I am overwhelmed by the hospitality and care by the staff, in which I would like to especially thanks Mr. Pratap as chef for making tremendously delicious food and even providing us food on special request which was not in the menu. The boogie was always outside my villa of I need it any time and the hygiene and cleanness was fantastic despite having large amount of plants, trees and greenery, there was not even a mosquito in my room and in the whole hotel. The service was marvellous as they first gave me a warm welcome with music, juice, etc. And then in the room I received complementary snacks which were very good in taste. Then I got a call for "Tea Party" in the open lawn which was great way to time pass and entertainment as it included snacks and tea. Then in the evening, I was amazed by the taste of food and regular hospitality by the staff and chef for providing items which were not in the menu. My children were so happy about getting their favourite food with so much variety and delicious taste. In the morning, the breakfast was equally fantastic as the dinner, the same chef and staff again asked me for my priorities so I asked them if they could get the pancakes, pastry, and muffins eggless and in my suprise l, THEY DID IT!!!! They made most of the bakery items eggless in the breakfast which made me very happy and I was again more than satisfied with their care and hospitality. We visited THE LEELA PALACE, JAIPUR,to celebrate our 7th Marriage Anniversary. Right from the beginning of the visit till check out, we have been attended with utmost care. Mr.Tanmay, Mr.Anuj, Ms Aditi took care of minute details of our requirements. Chef PUSHPENDER and his subordinates,especially Koushik took very good care of us at Suraj Mahal Restaurant. Food was fabulous and ample lip smacking cuisines were availabe in all 3 meals. It was a lovely experience for all of us. Highly recommended room: Villa with private plunge pool. Thanks LEELA PALACE and the team for making our trip memorable. WE WILL DEFINITELY VISIT SOON AGAIN.

Stayed for a couple of nights with my wife and very young kids. What sets the hotel apart from other star properties is the personalised service and the attention to detail. You have to give it to the hotel for the choice of the people they pick and train. They must be having an excellent training program to churn out such gems. Would give a big thumbs up to the chefs as well who were very accommodative with our requests as well. They made us try a couple of dishes which were just fabulous. Overall a pleasurable experience and they have a client hooked.

It was a nice stay, we enjoyed our anniversary with good food and hospitality. Our stay at plunge pool villa was amazing.The view of aravalli from the hotel is beautiful. Enjoyed evening high tea with Rajasthani folk music and dance. Over all it was a great experience at lella palace Jaipur.

I am Rekha. I stayed in 115 with my family , is a beautiful property and so nice close tho the nature , i love the breakfast items all the service . “It was our First Anniversary and the staff ensured that it became one of our best memories. The property is beautiful and rooms were amazing. The high tea arrangements and activities were the highlight of the evening and also was very relaxing. We will never forget the warmth and hospitality received by the staff from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left. Especially Mr Aditya from House keeping department .He is such a friendly person and ensured that we had a great time in the hotel. He Also, showed us the whole property and also takes some really nice pictures. Candle light Dinner in Mohan Palace was one of its kind. One should definitely take time to visit it. The panner starter was the best I ever had. Breakfast was decent.
