- air conditioning not working, - bowling and pool table were not available as the bar was closed, - most of the saunas were turned off - if you wanted to use the functions of the pool, you had to notify the pool attendant to have it turned on, which is embarrassing for a hotel of this quality - some parts of the pools have been in a horrible state, rusty, kept together with random tools, - breakfast and dinner didn't include drinks. On the gift voucher, there was information regarding the black-out dates = some of the holidays. Trying to use the gift voucher during the summer was rejected as we would need to pay extra - missing information. The services are far below the quality of 4* hotels and prices are too high.

Really good stay, clean big room with balcony,perfect service of chambermaids.Food in dining room was tasty, but if you came after 7:30pm,there were less choices than at start of dinner. At lunch time you can order lunch menu,but when hotel is full,waiters should have extra helpers, they worked hard, but lots of customers had to wait more than 20min. just to order menu and then more waiting for food. We like pools and wellness too,although swedish sauna isnt working longer time.Funny Halloween program with Adams family appreciated especially our children.We loved Boat Cruise on Dunaj,also with programme for children. We definitely come back here again!

It is expensive for what they can offer. Showers in the inside pool area has mildew all over, pretty disgusting for a 4 star hotel it is a shame. It should have 2 stars istead of 4. Time have stopped in this place.

Spacious rooms with balcony, great buffet breakfast included. Massages and saunas at extra cost. Indoor pool with thermal water. Sitting pool, jacuzzi. Bar accessible directly from the water. Outdoor pool and children's outdoor pool with thermal water. Toboggan. Complimentary access to the extensive neighbouring swimming pools. Free parking at the hotel.

Its obvious that this hotel has its best time behind itself. The furniture is bit older, design of the room is also older. And in my life I didn't see so small TV. We took drink from minibar but they didn't refilled it next day. I thought they are making money when I drink from minibar. So adding stuff which we had should be good idea for them. Unfortunately there is almost nothing you can visit around hotel. To at least do some nice walk. On the bright side, they have very nice wellness. Although the selection of the food was not big, the food tasted great. As a final conclusion. If they would lower prices they could get better review. This way my feeling is that hotel is bit overpriced for what they offer.

This hotel has maximum 2* I would say. Rooms remember early 90s. Insufficient AC because located behind thick curtain. No Way to open window in the night to chill the room by dint of loud water pump outside. Breakfest starting at 7:30! For business trips it's ridiculous. Even 5 minutes earlier was problematic for staff. Issue with accomodation - for 20 minutes lady at reception couldn't find proper reservation. Hotel surrounding scaries the people by damaged buildings. Accomodation for approx. 85€/night with all stuff mentioned above is crazy. First and last time been there. Maybe this place is good for families with kids and for guys at retirement.

We are visiting this hotel minimum once a year since the hotel was opened. Just stayed 3 days here again and have to say in comparison with our November 2018 stay a loot of things have changed positively. Used Toilet doors in pool area exchanged, no feeling that room is old fashioned, food excellent as always in last 10 years ! Variety of the food changes every day, corner for Celiatics present at the morning. Pls this is not ultra-high end culinary experience, its tasty and rich breakfast and dinner. Well done Mr. Rybarik (hotel director) I can see a lot of positive changes in the hotel in the last 10 months! The only thing we missed is Fabulous ZEMLOVKA and LASAGNE in the pool area buffet, this was proper home-made stuff typical for this hotel and we always loved it during the lunch in the pool area! thnx for splendid stay , we will come again ! Jak to nazvat - trochu bizardní, ale příjemná zkušenost. fantastický personál, pěkné pokoje. Podnik, kde ale je potřeba něco čas od času zkontrolovat. Jinak určitě 4* uprostřed dalších objektů, které mají asi leccos za sebou. to tak nějak charakterizuje vše, včetně krásného wellness, sauny, kde některé nefungují apod. Výhoda je, že vše na jeden čip, vstup do pokoje i konzumace. Nevím a ani nechci něco vytknout, protože je vidět, že se všichni maximálně. Trochu bych snížil ceny pobytu, ale zdražil trochu na konzumaci. To se mi zdálo v nevyvážené. How to call it - a bit bizarre but pleasant experience. fantastic staff, nice rooms. An enterprise where something needs to be checked from time to time. Otherwise, definitely 4 * in the middle of other objects, which have probably something behind. it somehow characterizes everything, including a beautiful wellness, sauna, where some do not work, etc. The advantage is that everything on one chip, entry into the room and consumption. I do not know and I do not want to reproach you, because you can see that everyone is at maximum. I would lower the price of the stay a little bit, but make the price a little bit more to eat. This hotel is not a four star hotel. The rooms are a bit old fashioned, generally clean, but the glasses were dirty. The towels were pretty much old, one of them had a hole. We had a package which included half board. The food was standard every day and rather salty. There are no drinks served by default during dinner, even water needs to be ordered. There are not so many fresh vegetables. The room cleaning during the stay was not complete: I had to wash the glasses myself. The spa is spacious and is real fun for the kids, though the floor is dirty and lacks of intensive cleaning. The package included new year gala dinner, there was no food served between 9pm and midnight which is really wrong when people are drinking. The bowling bar smells strangely. It would be really great to have a kettle in the room as well. The really great thing is the Thai massage. Overall experience was rather disappointing due to the hotel being pretending a 4 star and being different from reality.…

Positives: This wellness hotel is a quiet place especially during the week-days. Free parking lot, spacious rooms, cleanness, free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel, bathroom, breakfast etc., let’s say: everything was OK. There were free bathrobes available in the room. So, in the bathrobe it was easy and comfortable to walk to thermal bath. The hotel gives a “watch” and you can enter the wellness facilities and use all the services with this watch and pay for the services when checking out. The hotel restaurant serves delicious meals at an affordable price. The buffet breakfast was copious. The staff was kind. Negatives: Nothing to claim, only 2 remarks. - if there were an electric water kettle (with some tea bags) in the room it would upgrade the attentiveness of the hotel. - the coffee in the lobby bar and in the restaurant is drinkable.…
