After our stay in the Mountain Hotel Eva we can confirm disappointment with the dirty and not soundproofed room, old furniture and lock at the door, then not prepared pool for the guests (rubbery cover), jacuzzi not in service, etc. etc.

PLUSY: Basen z rana. Niska cena. Jeśli samochodem to świetne miejsce, ale jeśli nie to nie polecam bo 2 km pod górkę od głównej ulicy. Pomocna Pani w recepcji. Świetna lokalizacja na wypady do Bratysławy i Wiednia. MINUSY: 1 Łazienka na 10 cztero osobowych pokoi, ciepła woda się skończyła jak się wszyscy rzucili. Kolejka była ale do zniesienia - szło szybko. Są 2 prysznice i 2 toalety na całe piętro w 1 łazience. Nikt nie mówił po angielsku, ale rozumieli po polsku :) Pani z kuchni nie chciała nam pożyczyć noża.

We booked this hotel through an agency (dovolenky.sk) which is more to blame than the hotel itself. The agency was very unprofessional and didn't even inform the hotel that we are coming there for the purpose of teambuilding. Therefore we only learned on the spot that the meeting room is only available till 10 p.m. and we can't bring our own food and beverages there. We then decided to spend time by the fireplace instead, only to learn you have to pay an extra 33 euro for using it, and 50 euro if you also wanted to have wood included. Basically using everything except your own room carried an extra charge with it, it was a rip-off.

Ooit was dit een mooi hotel, maar dat is heel lang geleden. Het hotel word voornamelijk gebruikt door "gastarbeiders". Het zit er vol met polen die kotsend over de balustrade hangen door overmatig drankgebruik. Ze hangen rond op de trappen en hal. Het zwembad binnen is absoluut niet geschikt om in te zwemmen, het water was groen ondoorzichtig en stonk. Het roest van de verwarmingen liep het water in. In de douches, sauna en fitnes stikte het van insecten en ongedierte. De 4-persoonsslaapkamer was uitgewoond, versleten. De gezamelijke badkamer op de gang was schoon en zag er redelijk uit. De sportvelden buiten en het buitenzwembad waren jaren niet gebruikt, alles was in verval. Het ontbijt wat apart betaald diende te worden was een drama: oud brood, jam en iets van worstjes. Na lang aandringen kwamen er gehalveerde gekookte eieren. Er was 1 persoon werkzaam in het hotel, achter de receptie. Maar zij vond het veel belangrijker hoe ze eruit zag dan klanten tevreden te stellen. Zij vond het zwembad prima en schoon, begreep niet wat er aan mankeerde. Dit hotel is absoluut ongeschikt voor vakantiegangers.…
