My husband and I stayed here for a night on our first night in on the great ocean rd. This park was so beautiful, the staff were fabulous & the amenities absolutely spotless! One of the best I've ever seen!! We loved the location of the park, it was so quiet too - barely saw any other people which was... More

We stayed in a powered site in a campervan. Dogs were welcome. When making the booking staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to make a choice in our site given it being very quiet at the time. Ameneties were modern and clean. Quiet place to stay... or maybe we were lucky to be there at a quiet time.

Having visited this caravan park many times for overnights, weekends or weeks at a time we have been horribly disappointed with the 'new' managers. The park now has flashy cabins and even ensuite sites BUT the treatment of patrons is appalling. There is absolutely NO customer service these days, the manager is quite dumb and his wife overbearing. Despite us... More

We stayed at Portland Bay Caravan Park for two days. The amenities were clean and close to our site. The park has 5 resident koalas which the park owners pointed out to us. TV reception good. Close to town and harbour. Recommended

We stopped at Portland intending to stay two nights but took advantage of their special offer of stay for three pay for two nights. The service was very friendly from the moment we walked in. The amenities were immaculate. We could see the water from one of our caravan windows. Would recommend this park.
